Very good location at the city centre. Very new apt and very good front desk service , the reception staffs so nice and helpful. Room clean & tidy , 5 stars hotel service , fee laundry services . Highly recommended for business or family trip !

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is very clean, and the location is convenient. There is a large shopping mall nearby with lots of food. However, the hotel is located in a commercial building. There are only three elevators in the whole building, so you have to wait patiently every time. In addition, the lobby has no air conditioning and is very hot. If you have limited budget/simple overnight stay, you can consider it.

The hotel is great. I watched the European Cup all night with the built-in screen projection. The overall experience was comfortable and smooth.

The girls at the front desk were very polite and had a good attitude towards their work. 來廣州這邊玩，這邊酒店附近交通很方便，天河商業區的核心位置，石牌地鐵站就在大廈下面，地鐵1-3號線去哪都方便，前台小妹，小哥顏值挺高，温柔又熱情心，我是一個睡眠很淺的人，住在這家酒店我睡的很舒服和踏實，房間隔音挺好很安靜滴，窗簾遮光很強前台和服務員的態度好，有什麼問題微信聯繫就好，解決問題很快，一次性物品應俱全都不用自己帶，而且旁邊太古滙真的很好玩，房間投影還有會員，商場既能避雨，吃喝兩不誤

位置不錯，在附近閑逛遊玩都非常方便，前台小哥哥服務態度也很好，很有禮貌，還幫我拿奶茶，還有咖啡喝哦，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，投屏挺流暢的，前台響應都很迅速，位置很好，三號線就在樓下，太古滙和萬菱滙就在附近，夜上海那些也很近，算是市中心啦，晚上睡得很香，這是一家很在乎客人入住體驗感的酒店，很奈斯，下次接着來哈哈哈哈哈，因為我經常和姐妹一起出來玩的嘞，不錯不錯[機智]

酒店位置近地鐵，交通挺方便的，位於市中心，也近太古滙，逛街也挺近的，周邊景點、商場、美食街一應俱全，房間環境優雅整潔，裝潢精美，洗漱用品齊全，洗手間看着也舒服。辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐服務超級好，辦理速度快，貼心指引房間位置，還能把剛做好的咖啡送到房間裏，有微波爐可以幫忙加熱再送到房間，有冰箱可以放點水果保鮮，還能幫洗衣服烘乾送來。外賣員不送上來的外賣，前台姐姐也會幫送到門口，服務真的超級好！超喜歡前台小姐姐！！

酒店整體很不錯，前台小哥，小妹態度都很好，位置在石牌橋地鐵D口後面，連續預訂好幾天，後面續住給我做了免費升級，入住期間加了個前台服務微信，回覆信息很快， 當時不小心把奶茶灑砸床上了馬上給我換了房間，空調也特別給力，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了性價比很高，礦泉水無限提供，交通也方便，酒店位置相當於市中心，隔音效果也不錯，投影儀屏幕很清晰，看電影非常合適，而且有vip，很不錯下次還來

跟朋友房間出來玩看到這家評分很高，就下單啦，整體來説還是不錯的，酒店設備齊全，看電視還有會員，出行也方便，對面萬萎滙，正佳時尚天河，下樓逛街什麼的都很方便，在這個段位這個價格真的很可以的，房間床睡的也很舒服，房間裏的佈局也好看，東西都有，沒有的跟小管家説一下就很快送過來，前台24小時都在，很有安全感，裝修風格屬於簡約風，採光很好，衞生間也是有分乾濕分離的[玫瑰]

酒店位置都很好，在三號線樓下，好玩的和好吃的都挺多的，和女朋友一起來入住的，晚上看的投影儀也很流暢和清晰，酒店前台小妹妹很熱情有什麼問題都可以去問她，都可以幫你去解決，早上有點不舒服想要延遲一些退房，前台也是很暖心的給我延遲到 3 點鐘退房，還問我的健康狀況，給我提供熱水和前台備用葯箱的葯瓶，真的非常非常貼心，推薦推薦[強]
