非常好的一個酒店公寓。

性價比高。店主禮貌熱情，升級了觀景大床房，能從窗户遠眺廣州塔。公寓所在處是出入需要登記或刷卡的較新小區，安全性高。房間朝向幾乎是正東，採光好、面積大，窗户是雙層玻璃。內部設施物品齊全，甚至有數據線、一次性馬桶墊、洗衣液。

環境不錯，房間乾淨衞生，老闆也很熱情，房間每天都會打掃，旁邊是學校和廣州國際紡織城，出公館走不遠有條街有很多吃的，點外賣也很方便送的很快送到門口，總體還是比較滿意

總體還不錯，酒店人員很熱情，房間優點在於在寬敞，設施裝修比較一般，位置靠近棉紡城相對亂一些，但出門打車方便的。總體上要啥有啥，還有一次性用品，這個價格總體上來説性價比還不錯，適合追求寬敞房間，對位置要求沒那麼高的人

房間還是很大的，而且從窗户那可以看到廣州塔，離中大也不算很遠 ，性價比還是很高的，五一去玩住在那也還挺好 ，房間比較乾淨，都是精裝修的，洗衣機也可以烘乾，設施都很齊全
