Intercity Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station Hotel Reviews

The staffs are friendly. But one thing to note, despite saying that the hotel is located near the train station, NO! Take note, the hotel is located infront of an expressway, walking to nearby train stations takes 15-20mins. You need to take cab around. And the congestion around the road is damn bad. 7km distance from the hotel can take 20-30mins. Despite marketing it as a new hotel, again NO, it’s revamp of an old hotel. Travel for business and food areas is troublesome. Basically staying here for business or for fun is bad. I won’t recommend cause there are more apartment or hotel at a better location

The hotel is located about 15 minutes away from Metro line 1 & 3. It is near a renowned university and is away from the crowd. It has nice and modern room. The shower room is well designed and there are auto washer in all toilets (guest room and public restroom). There is a small gym and a well equipped laundromat located at level 3. The breakfast is decent and served local and international buffet. Staff are friendly especially the lady in laundromat and most team at front office. The cleanliness in room is generally clean however it is not consistent.

Hotel is new and equipment are new . staff attitude is good. but it seems the hotel is ot fully opened. swimming pool and sauna were not opened yet. this hotel have 2 elevators only, and you should wait long time for elevator specially in the morning. Breakfast have no so much variety of food.

The room supplies and bedding are very useful, and the necessary room control system is also well integrated. And also use automated flush toilets. It's a pity that the soundproofing of the room is very poor, and the sound of the door closing next door is very noisy~ In addition, there are not many breakfast dishes, but they are exquisite. It is recommended to make some adjustments or changes every day, otherwise it will be easy to get tired of them.

The hotel lobby is simple and beautiful, and the front desk service is very good. They proactively provided us with bottled water when they saw us going out. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity!

This is my fourth stay here. I really like it here. The environment is really clean and sanitary. It is really reassuring to take the children out. The hotel service is very good. I like Manager Zhu. There are many choices for breakfast the next day. If you stay nearby, it is really a good choice to choose here.

I went to Guangzhou on a business trip because it was close to the East Station and the Intercity Hotel is a high-end hotel in Huazhu. I spent 610 yuan a night. When I got up early in the morning, the spotlight on the sink was leaking. I don’t know when it started. There was a lot of water on the table. The power bank and mobile phone were also charged there, which splashed a lot of water. Picture 3 is a wall on the way to the restaurant, which affects the appearance. Overall, it is positioned as a high-end hotel, but the implementation is really poor, and the details are not well controlled. Are you sure there will be no leakage on the spotlight! ?

There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, the living room feels very homely, there is a mini bar, and coffee, tea bags and kettles are all complete. The bed is high, and the mattress is not soft or hard, just right! The double basin bathroom meets the needs of my friends and me to put on makeup, and we don't have to fight for it. Another point worth mentioning is that the curtains are very good at blocking light! I slept until two o'clock in the afternoon! Hygiene: After staying for one night, I felt that it was still very clean overall. It may also be because of the new hotel. There is an air purifier in the room. Environment: Near Guangzhou East Station, it is only ten minutes away from the subway station. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Tianhe City! There is also a Qingya Medical Beauty next to it, which seems to be newly opened. You can also do skin care by the way. Service: When checking in, the front desk lady introduced the hotel facilities very enthusiastically and patiently, and her attitude was very friendly~ In general, this hotel is really cost-effective. After staying for one night, I didn’t want to leave and directly placed a new order to continue staying. I will recommend friends around me to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is very close to Guangzhou East Station, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi to the business district. It is also very smart to order takeout without going downstairs to pick it up! Laundry is also free! Very smart, convenient and portable! The service of the front desk lady is also very good and she will answer any questions. The room is also very clean!
