入住前，管家會電聯溝通入住事宜，提前就在別墅門口等待幫忙辦理入住。全程不用去前台，非常的方便。別墅衞生非常乾淨，而且設施都維護的不錯。可以唱歌可以打麻將，還有私人温泉池。週六不用去公共區域，放心很多。有送水果，還有送伴手禮。最最好的是，管家幫忙延遲退房一個小時，讓我們玩的盡興。三英我們已經開了四次了，明天肯定還會再來的。

別墅很適合家庭出遊，大大的泡池，無限次温泉水，院子很大。管家很貼心，直接在別墅辦理入住，加被子、水，小敏管家也迅速幫忙處理，值得表揚，會再次來三英温泉。
