The hotel was very convenient and the room was nice. Their service was very reliable and also the room was clean everytime .

Location inside the apartemen and a bit tricky to find it 😅 but the room is clean. You contact the front office with we chat only and and only hv 1 bathroom, small room with mezzanine

It’s was really a nice stay. Rooms are. Spaces, cleanliness up to the mark, location is. Amazing as Yankang Metro is just below the tower.truly recommended

The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

Great stay with all basic necessities. All staff members were accommodating and speak basic english.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

First of all lady at reception was great. Uppon my arrival i was granted upgrade and the room was very clean and comfortable. I loved everything about this stay even though it was very short one. See ya at next canton fair. Definitely my suite of choice.

The apartment is a duplex, but quite small. It works fine for two people, though the kitchen setup is very limited—there’s only a single-burner stove and no cookware at all, not even basic utensils like forks. Housekeeping was a positive aspect, as cleaners came daily to tidy up and provide bottled water. The location is excellent, with Metro Line 11/25 right next to the community gate, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the apartment may not be suitable for older travelers or anyone with heavy luggage. You need to carry your bags upstairs yourself, and no assistance is provided. Another important point is connectivity. While the apartment has Wi-Fi, it did not work properly with international phones. Even with VPN attempts, we couldn’t get reliable access. If you’re traveling from outside China, it’s best to plan ahead by getting an eSIM or local SIM card. Keep in mind that many international apps may still not function due to regional restrictions, so you may need to rely on local apps instead. Overall, the stay was decent. Just be prepared for these limitations and plan accordingly when visiting China.
