Extremely satisfied! The front desk service was fantastic. The shower had great water pressure, and they even offered package collection. Plus, there's a robot that delivers food to your room. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to Exit B of the subway station. The front desk staff and servers are very friendly. We received complimentary welcome fruits and a gift. The bed was comfortable, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Beijing Road, making transportation very convenient.

The room was filled with strong disinfectant and bleach smell when we checked in. As the hotel was fully booked, we were moved to a much smaller room instead of the one we had reserved. It was also the first time I’ve encountered insects in a hotel bathroom, which may have been due to the room being located next to the laundry and restaurant area. Other than these issues, the facilities were decent and generally satisfactory.
