It is 3 building A,B,C together..suggest add we chat before to contact with the room keeper because there is no counter to contact . She has to come first floor and take you to the room. They dont speak English but with We chat app. They can read English and translate answer back in English.

Not the best experience. I had to go through Trip.com's customer service to arrange the self check-in, because the property failed to contact me with details even after I'd paid. Entry to the building requires a China ID card (a surprise) so it's unclear if foreigners could enter on their own.
