Response from Property: Hello dear guest! First of all, our store opened in 2018. The room facilities are definitely not as new as the new ones. The guest room aunt cleans the room every day. You can rest assured about the hygiene. The front desk also received you politely and warmly throughout the whole process. Yesterday you checked in I said I would leave within 3 hours of staying there. When I came to the front desk, I didn’t mention any shortcomings in the room. I don’t know what caused you to think our apartment was bad and gave you a bad check-in experience! Very sorry!
