Fei Zi Xiao Hotel Reviews

I stayed 1 night in this hotel, even though i initially booked for 4 nights. I cancelled the other 3 night. I booked for a nonsmoking room but the room they gave me is terrible! The room smell so bad, very strong smell of smoke. I complained to the receptionist and he move me into other room with a slightly better smell, but still have 🚬 smell. Maybe because they prepared the room in a rush, they forgot to clean the room. I found a tape and NAIL on the floor. After i looked around, i noticed they also sell sex toy inside the room (the review said it suitable for family stay😅). That’s makes me scared to sleep there. I had to think many times whether i want to take a shower or not, because it scares me if there might be a hidden camera or something. Anyway, the room is nonsmoking room but they also provide an ashtray inside the room. The room is tidy, they provide clean towel, a slipper, hairdryer, drinking water and basic toiletries. They still ongoing renovations so the corridor outside the room are messy. They should’ve close the whole floor if they doing renovations for the guest safety. I will not recommend for female solo traveler and family to stay here.

The room is relatively nice but quite old and wet. The location is quite far from the city centre. Nearly 2 hours by train to Guangzhou Tower. The receptionist did not speak English but was very friendly and polite.

Great value for money. The front office doesn't speak a word of English. But we chat translate came to my rescue. Lot of Chinese BBQ place close to the hotel. The metro station is just 5 minutes walk. The shower in my room was broken. But it was fixed immediately. If u do not have a Chinese local number u cannot use the WiFi in the room & the television

Service is excellent and employees very helpful

The staff were really friendly and helped us quickly with any questions. They also upgraded us to a really big room at no extra cost. The location is very convenient near a big mall. Excellent!

The hotel room is large and clean. It is close to the subway entrance and high-speed rail station. It is very good. I will come again next time. I recommend it.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Guangshen Avenue G107 National Highway and Gangkou Avenue, very close to Jinhai Coast City Plaza, Xintang High-speed Railway Station, Urban Rail Station and Metro Station, all within walking distance. The decoration is OK, the towels are sealed, and the two free bottles of mineral water are still Baishuishan. The air conditioner has been replaced and the cooling is very fast.

The tatami is very new and I tried it. It's not bad, but the soundproofing in the room is not very good.

I have to admire the service of this hotel, which is thoughtful, meticulous and enthusiastic, making people feel comfortable and happy.
