Room is quiet and 15 mins car ride from airport. Breakfast is ok except that most items were cold, including hot milk. Restaurant supervisor was kind. She made hot milk for me. Want to thank 前台小谢 for arranging car to fetch us from airport. Really appreciate that! If breakfast items can be kept hotter, it would be perfect! Recommended! :D

Hotel and rooms are recent and clean: rooms are big like always I’m Hampton so all in all it’s an ok hotel. What is really disappointing though is the breakfast: too little choice overall, almost no western stuff, no jam no butter no milk no honey. Not a good experience for breakfast!

Good Hotel, clean, neat but a bit far from the city centre, excellent staff they have, real shout out for 梁义美 she really is a gem of a person, super helpful and professional. Breakfast is average but fresh. It’s a real value for money for travellers.

Checked in on 30/9 around 1.30pm was smooth. The reception lady is friendly and helpful. She even helped me order food on my behalf coz we are foreigner which we couldn’t use our mobile to order. Overall, it was a good experience and it proximity to airport. The hotel even arranged a car for us to the airport which i felt very helpful and kudos to the hotel service. we enjoy our breakfast and foods were nice. tks for the hospitality. 😊

It was a very bad stay. I almost never write a review, but I still have to comment. 1. The room type is not real: I stayed in the Hampton Suite. The photos on Ctrip are normal room types, but you can see from the pictures that it is a special-shaped room with the bed on the corner of the triangular wall. Refer to the pictures. In particular, the waiter said that all rooms of this type are like this. This is a naked fake. If you look out the window again, it is another house with a slanted roof. If you consider Feng Shui, this is so bad, and as the photos show, it is extremely dirty. 2. Poor service: When checking in, I found that it was next to the elevator. When I asked, the waiter swore that there was no sound, but the elevator always made a sound similar to that of a battery car starting. 3. Poor service 1: I was woken up by mosquito bites in the middle of the night, seven or eight bags. First of all, does the hotel need to deal with mosquitoes? Even if it is not done every day, I believe that seven or eight bites are not something that one or two mosquitoes can do, right? Secondly, there is no mosquito-proof facility in the room. I called the waiter and said there was, but I couldn’t tell where it was? But I actually searched everywhere and there was none. Third, I was woken up by mosquito bites at 4 a.m. and asked for mosquito repellent facilities. I waited for more than ten minutes and finally found out that there was no spare one. I searched for it for a long time. 4. Poor facilities: The uploaded video shows that when the air conditioner is at the lowest speed, it still blows a large amount of air and the noise is very loud. You can only turn it off or it is noisy and cold. The above comments are absolutely true. The hotel is welcome to argue if you don’t agree.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. It is close to the airport and there are many business districts nearby. It only takes a few minutes by taxi. I especially like the warm hospitality of Xiao Liang, the front desk clerk of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good and the check-in efficiency is high. If I have the opportunity to come to Guangzhou on business, I think I will choose this hotel again!

Liang Yimei at the front desk of the hotel has a very good service attitude. The check-in was very pleasant and the girl was very enthusiastic. The room was also very large. I am personally sensitive to sound. The room was very quiet and better than I expected. It was much larger. The bathroom in the room was separated into wet and dry areas. Hilton Hotel is quite good.
