Not expecting for the price i paid. first time a hotel does not havecweighing scale. hotel also is confusing, 3 different names. 9

The hotel was so bad and so dirty , room was so small and not clean ,in addition air condition was so bad and not cooling

It was amazing trip. We came for visit Canton Fair, and we didn't regret that we booked this hotel. Nice location, affordable price, simple but delicious breakfast and free transfer service to the exhibition center. Next time we will also stay here. Thank you

Hotel for the Price For the price, it's ok but I doubt I would stay here again. That best thing was the service from the staff who were friendly and helpful. However, the biggest problem was the lack of hot water on a cold winter's day. The first room they gave me had lukewarm water (I always check on entering the room) and the drain was blocked so the whole bathroom would've flooded if I had used the shower. The hotel upgraded me to another room (great) which had hot water at night, but in the morning there was none to have a shower, despite leaving the water running for ages. That was not a morning surprise that was welcome. A hotel without hot water, no thanks!

Disappointed and terrible stay !not recommend for business traveler. 1. I booked non smoking room, but the room has astray for cigarettes and very strong smoking smell! I asked to change room, but I was told this is the last room cannot change! 2. The rooms is very small and old, not same as the picture I booked that has a small sofa beside the bed. I was told that picture is only for few room 3. The hotel starts from 4th floor. And only one lift to get up to 4th floor with outsiders together. All the way with smoking smell! 4.cannot work on the table, which is too small with the uncomfortable stool seat.

The hotel is not good. The room is too small and difficult to find. I do not suggest this hotel.

I’m definitely coming back to this hotel. There’s breakfast included and the hotel is very affordable. I recommend this hotel for my foreign friends. Friendly and professional staff too.

When I go to Canton fair I was use this Hotel and very far from Metro station but have shuttle bus to go to Convention center

Do not stay here. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. Ever! It is dirty, people spit on the floor constantly in the lobby, hallways eating hall etc. The breakfast is terrible. You are better off eating at the 7/11. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room however by the smell in the room it was very evident that people has been smoking in the room. The handle to the door broke on the 2nd day so I wasn't able to close it without getting locked out. It took the staff 12 hours to fix. On the first and second day I had to go to reception after getting to my room only to find that the key card had reset and didn't work to open my room. To top it all off on the day I arrived they gave me a smoking room with two gaming PC's which smelt horrendous. When I asked why I didn't get the room I booked they said they didn't have any available. Luckily before I left the property they "found" a room that was non smoking and more suitable. Stay here at your own risk and if you literally do not have any other options available. The only positive was they offered a bus to and from the Canton fair complex which was always on time and a great service. The staff lady was fantastic and really tried to help everyone who needed help.

Not a Good Idea to stay in this Hotel for foreigners. Staff doesn’t know English
