個人對全季酒店感到挺滿意的，主要離地鐵和高鐵真的很近，這點大大地加分。
另外，酒店人員在住客遇到問題時也積極給予幫助，真的實在感謝。
特別感謝給予幫助的Erik，在入住第一天就幫忙提供了建議和指路。幾天後再次入住時，客房有點問題，Erik也幫忙換房，並且幫忙將行李移動到新的客房（當時我人外出了）
整體而言，翻新過的客房很不錯，很舒適，喜歡客房都配了茶包和茶具，還有明信片。 機器人送餐和自助收納櫃也是酒店的優勢之一。
下次再去廣州，還是會現在入住這家全季酒店。

I really like the decoration style of the hotel. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the aromatherapy atmosphere with the scent of tea is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very energetic and capable. Erik helped me upgrade to a business room, which I am very grateful for. Looking out the window, you can see Guangzhou East Railway Station downstairs, which is very friendly for people who are catching the high-speed rail. You can have a meal downstairs and walk directly past the East Railway Station. The room was newly decorated and the facilities were great. The constant temperature shower head and overhead shower were highly praised. I had a very comfortable hot shower. The tea sets and tea leaves in the room are also very design-conscious. I woke up early and went to the gym happily, but found that there were only treadmills and bicycles, no strength equipment or dumbbells, which was a bit regrettable for someone who likes to lift weights to keep fit.
