Best stay ever in Guangzhou! Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is very big and comfortable, however the pillow is a little soft to our liking but we still had a good rest!
Hotel is just beside a few of the shopping malls making it very convenient to do shopping and have our meals, itβs also very near the local metro station.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, definitely lived up to the 5 stars hotel standard.

Very good sleep, comfortable spa. We tried Chinese restaurant and breakfast buffet , yummy and there are variety of choices

Hotel exceeded our expectations:
1. Located at a very convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby
2. Service was good with every staff we encountered - all very polite and helpful
3. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choices - particularly good for elderly parents
4. Wifi works for Instagram and WhatsApp
5. Room is spacious and clean
The only one negative is that the rooms are not very sound proof

Best location in Tianhe district. If you want to shopping in Guangzhou, Sheraton located nearby T Mall is biggest mall i ever seen

Award-winning line-free sumptious, mouth watering breakfast a bargain. Heated outdoor pool n tennis courts. Lines 1,3 n APM metro stations very close. 2 stops from Guanzhou S Stn. 5 big shoppong malls nearby.....

One of the front desk lady was quite rude, Iβve ask her several times but she ignored me. The hotel room is not up to standards but the location was perfectly good. Metro station is just a next to the hotel.

Call wrong room at 3am in the morning, it should not happen for any hotel.

gorgeous view, great location, wonderful room (thank you for the free upgrade!), and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! appreciated that their english was better than my chinese π
was only a short stay but had a lovely time π

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent experience these 2 days. Location is superb, love that itβs linked to a mall and a train station, which proved to be really useful given the recent weather. Service was impeccable, especially the concierge service and room service staff. Will definitely stay again
