The room was neat and clean, the bath towels were new, and the bed was comfortable. It's quite close to the ski resort and water park, about a 500-meter walk. There's a lake view right downstairs from the hotel, which is great and comfortable for running. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was very clean, the lake view was beautiful, and it was very quiet. The front desk even upgraded our room!

Service: The service attitude is excellent; they proactively solve any issues. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge and the breakfast chefs are very enthusiastic and helpful. For my birthday, they decorated the room and even gave me a small cake. Environment: It was the last weekend of the summer holiday, but it wasn't crowded or noisy. It was quiet and comfortable at night. Facilities: If you're traveling with kids, you'll need to go to HUAJIANTA for the shallow children's pool. (Just a side note, HUAJIANTA was very crowded.) If your budget allows, this hotel is much more comfortable. There's a shuttle bus between the hotel and Sunac Land (only available on weekends). Location: It's the closest hotel to Sunac Land, within walking distance. I'll definitely book Steigenberger again next time I come for the snow and water activities.

The decor is quite traditional Chinese, very neat and clean. The staff were very polite and enthusiastic. We stayed in a lake view room which had a great view. It's close to the snow activities and water park, about an 8-minute walk.

I was on a business trip in Huadu, Guangzhou and wasn't familiar with the area, so I didn't know which hotel to book. A colleague recommended the Sunac Spaceland Hotel. Wow, as soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the strong Lingnan charm. The staff were friendly and had bright smiles. I had some issues during check-in, and several of them enthusiastically offered solutions to help me. Especially Xiao Liang, I would just go directly to her with any problems, and she'd resolve them very quickly. Next time I'm in Huadu, I'll definitely stay here again.

LULU and Xiao Shi provided excellent service, and the cleaning lady even helped us dry our clothes. Overall, we had a very good experience. We were traveling with our child, who was also quite happy.

The soundproofing in the hotel is quite poor; I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway at night. The hairdryer is outdated – it smelled burnt as soon as I turned it on, and the plug wouldn't stay in the outlet; it was always loose. I thought it was just a faulty unit, but even after housekeeping brought me two more to try, the issue persisted. I ended up having to hold the plug in with one hand while drying my hair with the other, which felt very dangerous in case of an electrical short. Also, the spotlight above the bathroom mirror kept flickering the whole time I was brushing my teeth and washing my face, which was really annoying and uncomfortable for my eyes. For a big brand like Sunac, the hotel really needs to upgrade its facilities.

The front desk staff, especially Xiao Liang, provided excellent service. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and she went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. Plus, the baby cot we requested over the phone was already set up in the room when we got there. Everyone, from the front desk to the greeters, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, was incredibly polite. Our baby was absolutely delighted!

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Sunac Water Park and Sunac Land, and I found it to be excellent value for money. Just look at the pictures – the rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is grand. Every detail exudes classical Lingnan charm. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sunac Water Park, and there's a shuttle service to Sunac Land, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'm very satisfied!

The staff were very attentive, and the room was spacious. It offers great value for money. For solo travelers, the location is excellent, making it super quick to get to Sunac Water World, Snow World, and Sunac Land!
