the room is very spacious and beds are big, but something is wrong with the tv remote and toilet has no lock, just a glass door.

very good & excellent nice location

everything is good, especially location (great), except that the smoking smell is too strong. the booking page does not let me book a room that is not smoking. i was taking a gamble that the smoking smell is not that strong, b/c i really like the location and price, but i was wrong!! it is insane! i would stay here again if they start to offer non-smoking rooms. otherwise, i will not recommend any non-smoker to come

Great and nice location

This is a well-located hotel in the heart of the city, nearby Beijing road walking street and the like. The staff here are efficient and helpful, so this is certainly a hotel that is conducive to trouble-free travel. On the downside, the rooms do not seem to be at a standard of some of the other Lavande hotels I've been to. The USB charging slots in my room didn't work and the electronic curtains were faulty and had haphazardly-taped wires protruding from the side. There is also no breakfast service in the hotel, even though a 'free breakfast' upgrade was noted as one of the 'member benefits' on the site, which is either misleading on the part of the hotel or Trip.com. Luckily, there are lots of good local food options within very close walking distance of the hotel. Overall, despite the misgivings, this is a largely comfortable and welcoming hotel that should help give you a painless stay in Guangzhou.

I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel. The only good thing is the location. The front desk said it was a bit noisy because it was close to the road, but it was not the cars that were noisy, but the hotel air conditioner. The rooms were not soundproofed, and the windows were not soundproofed. The air conditioner outside the window was like a tractor at night. Later I found out that the exterior wall was a glass curtain wall, and the air conditioner was resonating directly against the glass. What was even more weird was the bathroom. How do you open the door if it is closed? Do you put your fingers in the crack of the door?

The environment is clean and hygienic, quite new, the front desk is also very nice, and helped me find a few more hangers to wash my clothes, good reviews

The room is clean and tidy. I like the toiletries of Lifeng. It is not noisy on the street, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. It is close to Ximenkou subway station and convenient for travel
