Frontline Staff at reception, concierge and even the maid for housekeeping are very helpful. Overall service level exceed our expectation.

I booked this hotel because my family and friends were going to Sunac Resort Land for a few days. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. I also loved the view from my balcony which leads into the back of the hotel towards the lake and the surrounding hotels. Would love to come back and stay in this hotel next time I go to Huadu District in Guangzhou.

It's incredibly convenient with a free shuttle bus service that takes only 3 minutes to get there, making it perfect for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Room The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel for a short stay, especially if you're planning to visit the indoor ski. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and well-appointed rooms makes it a great choice.

This is my third times to stay this hotel. I come here for slking and it's close to the mall. Convenient to have eating, shopping and activities (water world or skiing world).

Very convenient, a 6 minswalk to Sunac Mall, and room are clean and comfortable, I like indoor swimming pool that I can swim during winter

Amazing hotel with affordable price. We spent two nights there and definitely would come back next time!! Breakfast is good with good choices of food.

This is the great hotel & convenience to everywhere. I will suggest to upgrade the fridge as no cool.

The hotel room is clean and nice, a Varity pack was found empty at bathroom, the towel mat cannot be placed property while opening the bathroom door from inside, TV is not working, staff are good

The Mauve Hotel was wonderful. The staff did everything to accommodate us. We didn't speak any Mandarin and they helped us organize a change of room for our boys, where to find the activities around the area, recommended places to eat and taxi ride back to the train station. We were so impressed and will definitely go back again. It was our first time in China and we will let everyone know about this experience. Thank you so much.

Good deal to get. Great location and modern design with quick room service. It’s a bit far to get to the shopping mall, 10 mins walk. But you can book the shuttle bus at the hotel (no buses during lunch time tho)

Rooms were clean and maintained well. Location is a bit of a walk from the sunac shopping mall and attractions. About 9 min in the sun.
