The room is not as big as the shenzhen one and the internal decorations are so so, but the hotel staff services and manner are excellent!

I Usually don't write review but this hotel is so good that i have to !!! I am a big traveler, and I can tell you this hotel is really one of the best I went to.. Everything is so nice, staff speaks well english, super clean, amenities super modern, bathrooms amazing, every detail has been thought through.. the rooftop bar is the best in GZ I think.. And cherry on the pie, I got upgraded to a large suite !! Go there if you like to be spoiled, you won't regret it !!!

Lovely hotel for a couple getaway. Rooms are spacious, pool and gym is great. Roof bar is nice.

Everything was great except the hotel is already showing its age. Also somehow me and my wife found the bed to be really uncomfortable and was not able to get a good night sleep in it. TV was also broken.

Great service! They have Canton Tower rooftop bar with view which is accessible by everyone.

We booked the hotel with free pick up services from Guangzhou train station. The Driver - Mr Lee is a very polite and nice driver. he managed to put all our 3 28"' luggage into his Hiphi X. BTW the concierge service was very professional, they contacted me a day before to confirm my arrival time and etc. I am impressed with the excellent services from Mr Lee and the concierges team. i have checked in hotel on 29th Dec, which is a super peak reason, we arrived at 3pm but notice that quite a few customers still waiting for their room impatiently. this counter staff - Kevin chen was kept apologize with his friendly smile with angry customers. not given additional trouble to Kevin, i agreed to left the hotel and come back after 1 hour, since i have not taken my lunch. after 1 hour, room still not ready, and Kevin again gave his professional service to explain and apologies with additional free Breakfasts. Ha..ha.... somehow.. i accepted his offer and wait further for their notification. Kevin somehow has the champ and good smiles that can calm down customers like me.. Overall, hotel location is excellent for travel with metro and many options of good food nearby. The count-down party at Park Hyatt was amazing. I really enjoyed the stayed with Park Hyatt Guangzhou and will definitely come back again. i hope to see the Driver Mr Lee and Kevin Chen in my future trips.

The hotel was very nice and the view of the canton tower was amazing. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel.
