This is a very poorly maintained hotel, air conditioning not working, washing basin drainage is not working properly, incests including cockroaches are seen . Not come again.

The room is spacious and children friendly. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes walk from Sunac. The front desk was very helpful but cleanliness needs improvement , we were given a towel full of cigarettes smell, which deducted a lot of marks in the ratings .

A very basic hotel with a great location to the snowboard place. And very close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

The price of the apartment is a little bit higher than other similar apartment.

Good location with reasonable price

The serviced apartment is very convenient in terms of location. With loads of nice and small restaurants downstairs and the shopping mall and theme parks across the street. Location vice, it's absolutely perfect. In terms of the room, it's slightly rundown. Bathroom was basic minimal. Wasn't aware that the water was one of those heated/boiled water type and need to wait for it to be boiled up in order to have hot shower. So, for families of four staying in the room, we need to wait for a bit in between each person's shower. Saying that, the kids themed room with the video arcade set inside the room is a major plus! Both adult and kids love playing it. It was great. Bed was comfortable. Overall it's not a bad stay. For the price paid, it's worth it.

The room is large, with two floors, and there are game consoles in the living room. The children are happy, clean and hygienic, the customer service attitude is good, and they provide whatever is missing. The bathroom is large and not depressing. The residence is close to Sunac Park, which is convenient for playing.

Good value for money. I've stayed here for the third time. I took my kids to play video games. Hehe. Disadvantages: The subway was under construction at the door. It started to make noise at 7am and I couldn't sleep.

I was expecting it to be clean, but after a night of sleep, I was bitten by lice all over my legs. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. I will stay in a hotel next time. The bed is also very hard. If you like soft beds, don't expect it. The only thing worth praising is that the front desk lady is very nice. Please improve the hygiene!!!
