I think the service can be better if compare to W hotel standard.....

Excellent hotel, great location. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that I didnt like was the TV at the bath tub was not working. Except that it was a great experience.

Stay at the W Guangzhou was amazing , I will be staying again . Thanks for an amazing and comfortable stay

love it love it! marriott never disappoints! clean, good location, great service, nice ambience. only nitpick is the lighting of the room, with very limited lighting options.

This W Hotel really did not live up to its name. We were given a room, so-called an upgraded room (jewel), darkened by low lighting and decor, with seemingly wet looking patch on the floor. The lights were not set properly. The view was bad. We complained and were given a better room (standard room actually) on a higher floor with better view and cleaner carpet. The breakfast did not match W name. The dim sum were not up to Guangzhou standard. The wonton was below average and the porridge was bland. We complained and the food improved the next day. On the last day of our stay, my husband was refused entry to bf. It was because of computer system problem and it was embarrassing for him. Should I be asked whether we would return for another stay, we will not.

The W Hotel in Guangzhou is so comfortable! I'd definitely want to stay here again if I want to treat myself to some futuristic and lively vibes. I stayed here for a holiday weekend, so it felt quite busy, but I could still relax in a spacious room with large bath and shower combo. Nice separated toilet also, with comfy desk and lounge chair to enjoy TV. Great location and walking distance to the subway, so if you want a luxurious experience in the Liede District, this is a great choice.

This is not my first time on W Hotels. I am a regular guest at W Shanghai, so for this time traveling to Guangzhou, I thought about giving it a try to the W Guangzhou. There are many things that are the same in both, those are the terrific ambiance, the excellent service, (there was a very nice foreigner staff at the lobby that helped us during multiple times, bringing an umbrella for us, helping us to arrange our luggage in the trunk), the overall design was very stylish and futuristic. But there were 2 details that I particularly didn’t like. First; out of nowhere, we lost CNN signal on the TV. Upon . For us is very important to follow up international news every time we travel. I asked for help solving it ; a guy came to the room and after doing nothing just told us to change to another channel. 😂 not even some excuse about what was happening. The other detail was u one order to the room, we order one sandwich and 2 hot chocolate. Taking into consideration the quality ythat we are used to when staying at W Hotels; this room order was average. Sandwich was just okay , and the two chocolate didn’t have enough cacao powder. Again, even with these matters which are very particular, I am extremely pleased. But, I would recommend to take those into consideration for future guests.

Hotel location is good also with good service. Room is clean and big!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room had a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience!

Nice Hotel. Good staff and Good Servixe. Several restaurants and malls nearby.

Came back again to the W hotel which everything always on point but this time David who works at the front desk/concierge who surprised us with an excellent service with the most friendly & welcoming hospitality, he elevated our whole experiences at the end of our trip in GZ, once again thank you and hopefully this message will also deliver to the management of the W hotel.
