My child was beaten by a guest in the hotel for no apparent reason. What do you think? There was no security staff. We were not told that the child was beaten. The child went to the front desk to get a toothbrush but did not return to the room for a long time. We called to ask and found out that our child was beaten. The child was sent to the room only after the bleeding stopped. The noise in the hotel room was also very serious, like a bomber all night. The explanation was that it was due to the central air conditioning. They also gave me expired earplugs to plug my ears. The child was beaten, but the hotel did not express any concern. They knew that the guest had mental problems and called the police. But they still let him stay to make money, which led to the child being beaten the next day. Unscrupulous business!!

Facilities: It is rare for a hotel near Zhujiang New Town to provide free parking. The location is also good. There is a dedicated elevator in the underground garage directly to the front desk, which is very convenient. but! The room felt shaking! There is also a lot of noise! As soon as I entered the room, there was a vibration in the room. The gentleman asked me if there was a subway line below? I thought about it, Guangzhou is basically the same. He said you come to my position and feel it. really! When standing at the head of the bed, I feel a vibrating sensation, the frequency is variable, and it is continuous and intermittent. I thought maybe this wouldn't be the case after the subway is finished. But there was this vibration until we fell asleep at 1 a.m., and even when I was going to the bathroom, there was a sudden vibration, which scared me so much that I thought there was an earthquake, and then I began to wonder if I was feeling unwell. Up to this point, I thought it was a coincidence or an accident and didn't go to the staff. We felt the room was stuffy, so we opened the windows for ventilation. Outside was the greenery of the community. It was a bit noisy after opening the windows. This is normal. At about 12:30, we closed the window and got ready to go to bed. I lay down and closed my eyes and felt a loud buzzing sound, like the sound of a video. I listened carefully and felt that it was coming from my ears. The gentleman said that he had just asked the front desk. The computer room is next door to us, and the room type we originally booked has been sold. If we want to change rooms, we will have to pay extra. (But please see picture 2. I checked the room types that night at 12:47 in the morning, and the room I booked was still available.) I thought there was no need to bother with it so late. It should be stopped later, at least it would not be possible to return it in the middle of the night. Is it so noisy? We had to get up early the next day so we fell asleep. Until 2:15 in the morning, the noise from the computer room never stopped. I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep. My husband went to the front desk to communicate. The answer from the front desk was that it was impossible. The computer room would stop at 2 o'clock. I'll hear it! That is, you know this room will be noisy, why do you still arrange for people to come in? After arranging check-in, should you inform me that this room is a noisy room? At our strong request, the staff was forced to change our room. On the way to change rooms, we saw that many rooms were unsold with their doors open, and they had both double and double beds. Since there were so many rooms, why did they give me a noisy room? We were also asked to pay the 30 yuan price difference when changing rooms. At this point, I instantly understood that they wanted us to pay more to upgrade. They think the price you booked is not high enough, so they will arrange a bad room for you. If you ask to change the room, they will pay more. How ugly is this kind of eating? No need for me to say more, right? Give me a noisy room and keep me busy at 2 a.m. without a word of apology and ask me to pay more. Who else can feel comfortable with this kind of experience? ? How outrageous is the logic of adding more money if you are not satisfied?

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. It is not far from Tancun subway station. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are satisfactory. The room is spacious and equipped with a table and 🛋️. There is also free parking service. In short, I am very satisfied! It is worth recommending.

離地鐵站都好遠下，反正30幾度，我係無辦法步行過去。酒店一般般，覺得係賓館。隔離有家24小時便利商店。過咗馬路有間好大既領展商場。去其他地方都算方便。啲人評論隔離好多嘢食，我唔見覺。我哋都係叫**，直接送到房。
