The hotel itself is quite modern and well-equipped, with many desirable facilities. We booked the Luxury double room, which features a bathtub - a key amenity we were looking forward to using. Unfortunately, the only issue that prevents us from giving the hotel the maximum rating was the water temperature in the room.
Despite our attempts, the water never got hot enough to fill the bathtub. As a result, we were unable to fully utilise this feature of the room, despite having paid for it as part of the accommodation. Overall, the hotel met most of our expectations, but the lukewarm water temperature detracted from the full enjoyment of the room's amenities.

This hotel had great service and was clean. The location was good however I was extremely disappointed and upset about the breakfast buffet. I paid extra and was expecting a selection of food and fresh juice. I woke up especially for the buffet. The quality of food was terrible. I was a little shocked. I was hoping for a better buffet as I have stayed here before and it was good. I was embarrassed infront of my friend who I told the bussget would be good and made her pay.

This is my third stay at Amber and I will always stay here in Guangzhou because the service is so great! The staff are friendly and speak English. The hotel manager Steven is very kind and assisted my friends and I with booking private transportation. The food is really great and there are a lot of options for breakfast. We booked two twin bedroom suites, they were very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a life saver! There's a Starbucks and quite a bit of restaurants downstairs. My friends and I decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much. Thank you!

First of all, the location is hard to find. It's behind the street. I called the front desk but no one answered. I had to go upstairs after searching for a long time (it's not mentioned on the hotel page). My phone was almost out of battery in the middle of the night. I called the front desk twice but no one answered. There was construction noise outside at 7 o'clock the next morning after I checked in. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

I stay in this hotel every weekend. The hotel has free parking and the location is very good. It is convenient to go to Zhujiang New Town or Zhengjia. There is a lot of food in Wuyang Village next to it.
