The AC is controlled at 22c. Can’t adjust no more. Very warm in the room. Informed staff to refill shower gel, called a few times from room but did not come at the end. Location was basically opposite 天字码头. 10mins bicycle ride to Beijing road pedestrian street 北京路步行街. One good thing is they have laundry room and laundry service. Just bring clothes down to the laundry room, inform them about your room number and staff will return with folded clothes hanging on your room door.

Good view when upgraded to wharf facing room. When I didn't pick my food orders, they sent it via a robot to my room without me having to request. Good service as a whole including the reception and house keeping team. The night porridge was a good offer included but it always ran out of stock fast. Hotel need to ensure a kitchen crew is there to observe for top up requirements. We love staying at this quiet and beautiful spacious room with walking distance to main pedestrian street.

Very nice hotel located in a beautiful spot in Guangzhou right next to the Tianzi Wharf. The hotel staff is friendly and the quality of service was phenomenal. They even have a robot which can deliver takeout to you! I’ve never seen such a thing in America. One thing to note for potential tourists. I personally dont consider this an issue, but it might be important for others: most of the staff doesn’t speak English or speaks very little. This wasnt a problem for me and my girlfriend since we both speak Mandarin. But if you dont speak Mandarin, be prepared to use an app to interpret. They are very patient. There are a lot of nice restaurants near the hotel and it’s very easy to get to a large shopping mall and subway. It’s a very convenient location for tourists who want to stay in Guangzhou and see good things. My room was very nice and had a wonderful and beautiful view of the Tianzi Wharf. I highly recommend this hotel in particular and Atour 亚朵 in general. I will be booking 亚朵 the next time I’m in China.

Very strategic location, friendly staff and you can get a very perfect night view. The hotel room cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommended!

Only downside is room light is too little, thus slightly dark at night. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I’m impressed with their service and attitude towards customer. The amenities was great, and with good quality. Near Beijing lu, best part is downstairs the hotel has Starbucks, and 4 mins walk to 7-11 and 2 mins walk to wanton noodle which is open 24hrs. Many food was open till 1-2am.

Business trip

The location of the hotel is excellent and the room is comfortable however it had a stale smell. We asked to change the guest room we were given because it smell like cigarette smoke. The bath (which adds a lot to the price of the room) is rather uncomfortable. The breakfast is a good mix of local and western food, very tasty and the view is lovely.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and our stay here. It was absolutely fabulous. We got the room facing the Pearl River and the view was just stunning both during the day and at night. It is just a few minutes walk from Beijing Lu which is very convenient and taxi's are easy to get in front of the hotel. The hotel is so clean, modern and classy and deserves a 5 STAR rating for the price it offers. You get free laundry here which was really helpful cause our clothes got soaking wet when it rained the whole day while we were out and about. But the winner of this hotel is definitely the service. The staff are all very friendly and although language can be a barrier but this did not stop them from helping us when we needed them to. A charming, sweet lady named Pang Ting during the late night shift was ever so helpful to arrange for our extra night booking, breakfast and went out of her way to book us a taxi to the airport from the internet as she assured us the rate will be cheaper than the rates from the street. She is a very good example of how customer service should be. We plan to come back to Guangzhou again soon and will definitely come back to stay at this Atour not just because of the quality of the hotel, but mainly because of the quality of the customer service. Thank you Atour, Pang Ting and friends for making our Guangzhou holiday a memorable one.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even provide free laundry service! It also has a small gym with all the standard workout machines. It is centrally located near Beijing Road and across from a river cruise pier. Very nice river view from the hotel room.

Conveniently located, 10 min walk to subway station. The rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Woukd recommend.

Fantastic stay, they helped me a lot when I was not feeling well and provided excellent service to helping us with laundry. Also, their check-in process was extremely smooth and simple!

Marvelous stay with excellent services and the the extra miles from the receptionist Ms "huaiYe" . Very Cody room with full amenities. Super comfortable bed.

Location from the hotel was a slight distance from the train station and also the famous and buzzling Beijing Road. However, distance is not too far and it’s safe to walk back safely even it’s 11pm for a lady. There’s a 7-11 across the road and getting some snacks or drinks is easy. Hotel has a good pier view from some hotel rooms and from the gym. Staff from the hotel are very friendly and they showed care and concern when I’m unwell during the stay. They asked if the rooms needs to be tidied up, replenish necessities or items and some staff also extended their help by getting food for me. 予兮 also checked in with me on my condition to ensure that I’m well and showed care and concern during the trip. So thankful for meeting such a great person and not forgetting the Atour team too! You guys rocks!!
