Hotel lobby is a cafe. Situated near metro very convenient. However on check in day I found a private part hair in the bed (very disgusting) Staffs are incompetent. Young and not well trained at all. Need a lot improvement on their communication,social manner and adequate.

Definitely recommend this place! Love this place a lot. We booked the room that comes with a washer/dryer. Super duper big and comfy. Bed feels a little small but it’s okay. I like that it is clean, service is very good too. They help to deliver our food and online parcel using a robot. Also provided with breakfast and supper. They also have a place to chill upstairs with their gym.

The hotel location extremely good for food, shopping for electric products. Only problem that reception staff not able to speak English.

every thing was fair with their Price per night, and if you come here for business traveling as me this hotel is a Good Offer, just in midnight due the hotel location(top of Street) you will annoyed of loudy car sounds that continously keep honking. in near of hotel fond many shops restaurants and malls and near to Metro Station

Not a great experience. The room has no window. Reception is actually a bar. Good part is one of the guy knows English hence could communicate. Breakfast was good

Near to Gangding Metro and walking distance shopping district of Tianhe. Spacious rooms. There is even late night snacks of wonton soup.

Location wise not bad, a lot of eateries and malls nearby. Not bad for a short stay.

never again with this hotel..there are many choices around the area with this price and closer to all shopping malls. Service is terrible.

I recently stayed this hotel where, despite the warm reception from the staff, several aspects of my stay were disappointing. The first thing I noticed was the clutter behind the check-in desk, which didn’t give the best first impression in terms of organization. The room itself presented a few challenges. The low ceilings were immediately noticeable, creating a cramped feeling that could be particularly uncomfortable for taller guests. Moreover, the air conditioning in my room was not working, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room’s presentation online also did not accurately capture its true aesthetic. In terms of amenities, the room was lacking in several areas. There were no additional comforts like a hairdryer, and the kitchen was bare without any cooking utensils such as pots, pans, plates, or silverware. An ironing board was also conspicuously absent. These missing amenities significantly impacted the convenience of my stay. On the brighter side, the staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is excellent, nestled in an area bustling with shopping and dining options. However, the gym facilities were underwhelming, with limited equipment and the same issue of low ceilings. Given these drawbacks, I ultimately chose to relocate to a different hotel after two days. The lack of basic amenities and the uncomfortable room conditions were the main factors in my decision.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and a very good location, close to metro and shops.

The worse hotel I ever been in my life. Not clean at all, bad smell, very young stuff at main desk and the didn’t speak English, even with translator they weren’t able to solve problems or just been helpful. Really bad experience

Had a good and Enjoyable stay , we Stayed here for 4 nights to attend the Canton Fair, offers free shuttle to fair, good breakfast spread so it's worth it to get it. Delicious! with free snacks like hot noodles till midnight,We were also upgraded to bigger room at the 9th floor which includes a mini kitchen and washing machine. Customer service was great with the help of google translate everything went smoothly. There's a mini gym, Laundry area, a pool table..so it's like a work/holiday too.. 😄 Recommend hotel to stay ☺️

I stayed in the suite appartment & it was as grt for single person staying for many days. Breakfast is very good , service staff were very friendly. Centrally located & many shopping malls near by with lot many coffee shops to try out. Their reception cum bar that’s a good thing what they have done. Also provided bus throughout the canton fair.

The hotel was clean, modern, located in a busy area with lots of foods to choose from. Laundry room helps a lot.
