The hotel location is next to a few popular shopping mall and is only a few minutes walk which is very convenience.

Beautiful place and very unique design lobby My room without windows and the smoke smiling very bad in my room I changed my hotel and the manager very helpful refund the last night money

Strongly recommend this hotel. The location is the center of city just beside the mall 太古汇. MRT 石牌桥station just downstairs you can easily to go everywhere . I am stayed over this hotel over 20 times more already. All the staff very friendly n they have provided breakfast n supper also.👍👍👍👍

The lpcation of this hotel is superb. Next to Taikoohui and just a very short walk to subway entrance. However, the water closet with no door are the most upset issue whoch the hotel staff said all rooms actually the same, the water closet is woth no door. I mean if u or your partner do really need to let go after whole days of eating good food in Guangzhou, 1 would be let go in normal way while the other may let go via mouth (vomiting)...

In term of the location, it is conveniently near to a station and nearby has malls and eateries. Hotel was a bit old with limited facilities. It is a place for express accommodation. The biggest surprise to me was hotel providing pretty good breakfast and supper. Although we didn't eat the supper but the additional offering leave a good impression when comparing with others. Based on the hotel cost, I expect something a bit more especially the room condition.

Everything is above average based on the price. The room is spacious and quiet. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only the gym room is too small.

The room is smaller than expected. It is also a weird feeling not to have any windows. The projector screen as a tv was a nice gimmick though.

We stayed at this hotel with our family, the location is good, but it’s difficult to find the hotel the first time, the staff are excellent, helpful, and polite. Food without complaints, everything is ok. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and cleaning of the hotel leave much to be desired, all 6 days we had hair under the table on the floor from previous guests and after cleaning it remained there (the windows are very dirty, you can’t even see what the weather is like outside, but if you open window, you can get very dirty from the dirt on the frame. The location of the toilet in the room is very strange, it is very inconvenient and unpleasant.

Near to many malls. Easy to get food around the hotel. The mrt station is just in front of the hotel.

Good value hotel in a good location, great service with friendly staff. No windows which was not as enjoyable.

The location is excellent and convenient. One single floor for hotel rooms and check in counter. So special.

Location was superb. Just above shipaiqiao exit D. Staff xiaoshi qas super friendly and helpful. Cek out at 2pm. Bfast was more than enuf and there was snacks on supper too. Great

Stayed only for a night. Located right above Shipaiqiao Metro and opposite the main road is OneLink Mall which is great. Furthermore, it is around 3 stations away from Guangzhou East station which was also the reason why we picked that hotel. However, there is no designated spot for taxi pickup and drop off - done on the bike lane which can be dangerous for tourists visiting China for the first time. Also, a little tricky to find when we first arrived. The entrance is located at the back of the building. We had to ask people around to find it. I felt that the hotel could have give a direction guide in the first place. Service was alright like just doing their job. You ask for refills they will provide. Did specifically requested for adjoining rooms when booking the hotel, but I felt the staffs did not specifically made the effort to fulfil our request (I mean they could have said something like they did their best but unfortunately its not available instead of us asking them and then replying us "dont have". Comparatively to the other hotels I have stayed in Guangzhou I felt service could be better. Nonetheless want to commend the male receptionist for giving us advice to not fall into tourist traps when we asked for recommendations. I would also consider morning breakfast provided under service. I think breakfast options was pretty decent and tasted good. There’s also warm dishes on request. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard but there’s no hand soap…. and the hair dryer in the room can’t open up properly and keeps folding down while using. We found the toilet cubicle and shower cubicle arrangements awkward - toilet door is transparent, shower cubicle door was 90% covered and 10% transparent. There’s only a curtain that covers 3/4 of the toilet and shower area which is weird. The projector speaker was had static noises. Nonetheless there’s USB charging points, shower gel and shampoo smells great. In additional there’s a small gym area with dumbbell rack that looks new. There’s also a self service laundry area too. Cleanliness wise really can be better. Spotting moulds/black patches on the toilet walls and toiletries containers. Nonetheless, the bed was pretty clean and comfortable. All in all, it was an average stay with good location and decent breakfast option.
