Service of reception is bad !
Food is below average.
Bellman doesn’t assist to carry luggage when we were arrive at main entrance ! Chit chatting there !
Reception staff talk to me without looking at me.
Unprofessional !

Hotel experience was great! The service staffs were really friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is not too far from the various tourist attractions and airport. Would love to stay in this hotel when I revisit Guangzhou!

Hotel is very comfortable, the room is big and all amenities are good. Breakfast contains many types of food. The rice noodle dish , Guangzhou recommended dish, is so nice.

Staff were kind and helpful, they served us warm cookies on arrival and gave us with some token gifts on departure. The car attendants were also very helpful asking us if we need help on booking taxi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although abit dated. Location is not bad with Beijing Road within walking distance!

Most hotel staffs cannot speak English well but they are willing to help.
Location is a bit far from Beijing Lu but still can reach by foot.
There was a noise in the ventilation system. It was late at night so I did not change the room.

what caught my attention most was Mr. Fooyu Zhang, who was very kind and helped us a lot, which prompted me to extend my stay for an additional three nights in this hotel because of him. His perfect English and respect for the hotel guests were outstanding. This special person really deserves the best

One of the best hotel stays I have had in China. Staff were very friendly, and for the price the room was incredible. When I return to Guangzhou I will be aiming to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great hotel within walking distance to Beijing Road. The room was great and we'd recommend the breakfast. Our daughter enjoyed the pool too.

I love the location. Nice easy walk to Beijing Road, Yuexiu Park, Temple of the Six Banyan Trees, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Pearl River. The staff is very friendly.
