The overall experience is great and the service is excellent. The reception went out of her way to help us with a phone we accidentally left in the car that fetches us from airport.
The room is spacious and very well equipped. However, maintenance is slightly lacking and it may be an issue 1-2 years down the road if it continues this way. While the rest of the facilities are of good quality and very well functioning.
Probably the only downside is the hotel surrounding isn’t so nice at this moment. That should hopefully change in a few years time when all construction are completed.

這是我第四次入住凱賓斯基酒店，但這次的服務讓我極其失望。在十二月二十一號下午入住的時候，一位戴眼鏡、扎頭髮、身穿黑色羊毛大衣且未佩戴胸牌的女性前台服務態度非常不好，與我前三次所感受到的體驗大相徑庭，説話不正眼看人，也不面帶微笑，語氣也不像一位酒店服務人員應有的態度。這樣的表現嚴重拉低了凱賓斯基的品牌形象，與以往的優質服務完全背道而馳。如果一個五星級酒店不能保持自己應有的服務水準，那下次真應該換去其他酒店了。

I stayed at the De'Anlisee Kempinski Hotel Guangzhou for ten days and nine nights for the first time. I liked the warm and homely atmosphere everywhere. Especially the courtesy, enthusiasm and professionalism of Mr. Li Haoyang at the front desk were very impressive. The hotel is located near Huanshi East Road, with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities, especially its apartment-style design concept. The room is equipped with a kitchen, microwave, large refrigerator, bar, etc. It is fashionable, elegant and amazing! Will come and stay here often in the future.
