Breakfast was good.
Close to the Metro station 淘金。
There are construction 🏗️🚧 beside the hotel. Can hear machinery sound working like big machine and truck even during 2am. That's the down side.

It’s good place to stay. New and modern . I love the interior.Surrounded with local restaurants , there are many bars and some cafe near by too. The location might be in the developing time with constructions but its not bother me that much . Safe place for solo travel. definitely go back again to stay again.

Had a very good stay at the Kempinski Residences for my 4D3N GZ trip. Very nice and clean room. Only minus point is the location and the nearby construction causing traffic jams especially during peak after working hours. Breakfast buffet spread is not that good - but considered GZ is a food haven you can give breakfast a miss.

Service was amazing, they upgraded my wife and I to a suite for our honeymoon and were so kind on arrival. Lovely rooms, amazing food, my only issues were the lack of a spa and restaurants for a 5 star hotel. Kind of a bummer. I

Really great hotel. Excellent service from staff and great value for money.
MTR is being built right outside of the hotel so a bit of a detour to reach. But not a big deal just 1-2min more by car

The location was in a great neighbourhood, plenty of good food and other stores around. About a 7 minute walk from the subway and bus stops.
There were roadworks surrounding the hotel at the time, but i'm sure once completed the location would be much more convenient.
The hotel staff were very kind, accommodating and friendly. The room was wonderful, and clean. Housekeeping staff do an amazing job!!!
The gym is very clean and in good condition, as well as the changeroom facilities and swimming pool.

Excellent room provided, room was large and clean, the cleaners were so nice that they asked us daily if we need any additional bottle water, mini bar drinks are top up daily and it is free, will be back again if I ever travel to GZ.

I have stayed in the hotel before. Everything is still up to standard. Rooms are clean, strong water pressure, strong aircon and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet spread is not too bad. Will definitely come back again

We have a upgrade for our room that the decoration is so good with cozy and nice facilities. The breakfast offers a huge diversity of food.
