第一次到廣州，第一次住這家酒店。
位置：位置挺好找的，打車直接到樓下，坐個電梯就到了。
環境：房間內部的環境很新的，地板乾淨，牆面整潔，牆上掛着老闆自己畫的畫，看不懂，但別有一番風味。（老闆説他自己也看不懂哈哈哈） 我住的是複式，樓下的落地窗和懶人沙發簡直不要太舒服。床品也很乾凈，在廣州這個濕噠噠的城市裡，所有的床品竟然一點也不潮，舒適感十足。房間裏的毛巾，浴巾都很乾凈，這一點比外面的很多品牌酒店做的都要好。

衞生：一般
室內環境：很差！
1. 衞生間下水管反臭，關住衞生間的門，開客廳的窗都無法防止客廳裏的臭氣。
2. 二樓衞生間裏的mini排氣扇安裝在沖涼房裡，接線和設備安裝沒有任何防水措施，有漏電觸電隱患。
3. 二樓衞生間裏的mini排風扇噪音尖利，晚上如果不關門會影響睡眠。
4全屋的電源總開關居然安裝在一樓衞生間門口最順手的地方，上廁所出來後不出意外地直接順手關總開關，於是全屋晚上漆黑一片。
5. 客廳窗户無法完全關閉。
6. 多處牆紙開膠脱漏，常規的簡易維修都沒有保持。
室外環境：一般，鄰近的一條馬路容易堵車，晚上11點半過了還一直聽到因為堵車而路怒的司機們瘋狂按喇叭。

環境:整體複式兩層裝修跟圖片一模一樣，完全不用擔心，跟宣傳的不一樣。
設施:東西都很新，洗衣機電視冰箱一應俱全，一次性的東西也很全
服務：小姐姐再三叮囑説公寓酒店不允許放刮鬍刀，如果需要即刻給您送到，小姐姐服務態度超好，暖心，從訂房成功後，前台小姐姐第一時間和我取得聯繫，發定位指引我
衞生：房間也打掃的特別乾淨衞生，特別是大落地窗超好，外面的美景盡收眼底，樓下好吃的美食太多了，交通也十分方便，離地鐵口走路4分鐘左右，去長隆衹需一個站兩分鐘即可到達，下次一定還要來，一次超好的旅遊體驗，值得推薦[強]
