The decoration is quite unique, and the location is very good, near Yongqingfang. However, the cleaning could be done better, as it is starting to look a bit tired.

This B&B is really nice. It's next to the scenic spot, has everything to eat and drink downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. Cleanliness and service are great! No faults found!

Finally I couldn't help it anymore. Such a good B&B must be reviewed. Needless to say, it is clean and hygienic. More importantly, it has Xiguan characteristics, unique cultural heritage, and a five-star taste.

The taste is really bad! ! ! As soon as I opened the door downstairs and smelled the smell, I felt that it was something bad. It was used to cover up the smell. Opening the door confirmed the fact. It was filled with a very damp musty smell. I turned on the air conditioner and it didn't go away until the morning. I don't know why this is happening if it's not in an alley. The house faces the street and has good lighting, but the curtains don't block the light. The toilet door is too close to the toilet, and tall people may have to open the door to use the toilet, otherwise their knees will hit the door. The room is beautiful, the bathtub is large, and the bedding is comfortable. Because it faces the street, you can really hear all kinds of sounds in the morning, including horns and whistles. It is recommended that the B&B change to soundproof windows. Light sleepers should be careful.

房間整潔，無異味，空調製冷足，床品柔軟乾淨，上樓樓梯確實有點陡，長者及小孩需要注意。最方便的是周邊小吃很多，步行都可到達，不踩雷。出門左轉可以到達，西關明記腸粉店，好吃不貴，旁邊的啫啫煲也非常好吃，繼續往前走，是荔灣湖公園，景色很好，休閑好去處，逛的也不累。出門右轉，步行可以到達永慶坊景區。出門直行，多寶路，買水果很方便，還有本地菜市場，走得遠一些，可以選擇哈囉單車，去恆寶廣場，二樓有超市，購買日用，三樓有各種連鎖餐飲。恆寶廣場附近，推薦順記冰室和趙記傳承甜品，味道不錯。附近地鐵口有長壽路D2和如意坊B，出行很方便。

住宿比較隱蔽，但是店主會給你地址，很準確的，到了注意看下“江南第一包”店名，就在我畫這個圈進去就是住宿了，沒有電梯的，樓梯比較小，小心些就可以，長者，行動不方便的人就不建議啦。 廁所乾濕分離，我很喜歡，也有浴缸哦，床比較軟，睡的時候到晚上很安靜，早上我比較深睡，沒有啥打擾，就是外面馬路指揮口哨聲，一些聲音傳進來。門口小桌子是我乾飯的桌子，很廣東哈哈。住在頂樓雖然有些爬的累，外面有個小天台，不錯，頂樓就有洗衣房，晾衣，烘乾都可以的。 總體不錯的。去廣醫三很近，不用過馬路，住宿直走拐角再直走就到了，很方便哦！

已經回住很多次了，也是地理位置十分好，房間的床也很舒服，不過走樓梯對帶行李箱的人不太好了☺️☺️☺️☺️

老闆和阿姨都很熱情友好的，老闆回覆信息都很快，阿姨打掃房間衞生都很乾凈！舊街邊能體驗老西關市井熱鬧、感受這裏的人文！離永慶坊和荔灣湖公園都很挺近！就是感覺樓梯有點窄。

民宿很有特色,磁磚地板和琉璃裝飾都很漂亮, 可能遷就舊廈原本的間隔,廁所很狹窄,却擺放了個大浴缸,如果不浸浴的話就浪費了空間.

距離永慶坊很近！性價比高，裝修不錯，多寶房還有浴缸，還貼心地送了一次性泡澡袋，真的很舒服！樓下也有很多小食店。

房間很好，位置很方便。樓梯窄而陡，沒有電梯，搬箱子很費勁（我們住的四層）離店時工作人員看到了有幫忙，謝謝她。門臉實在是小，，找不着！！問客服加了微信，説是挨着江南第一包，找到了。 其他一切都很好！屋內設施衞生環境都很好。

如意坊地鐵站B出口，出來直走5分鐘就到了。房間乾淨整潔，帶浴缸，出去玩一天回來泡個澡不要太舒服。出門吃飯也很方便，出門就是一家挨一家吃飯的餐館。一下續住了好幾天，下次來還住這裏！

整體還不錯，但熱水部份，有可能是用儲水式，用太久的話，後面熱水不夠熱。
