我在這裏住了兩天，酒店服務很好，但還是可以有進步空間。先説優點，免費接送機服務是我選擇這家酒店的初衷，真的是太方便了，衹要前一天先打電話預約，酒店就安排了。離開當天也衹要事先在櫃枱預訂時間就可以了。同時，我是一家三個成人住家庭房，入住後發現沒有足夠的浴巾，向酒店反映了之後就馬上安排送來。第二天外出回酒店時，又偶遇服務員收拾好房間出來，她還告訴我看見是三個人住，就多給了一條毛巾，我趁機向她多拿了幾包咖啡，她也給了，謝謝服務員。
然後就是，剛好我去廣州時恰逢雨季，一直在下雨，去附近的店吃早餐，服務員也很貼心地把傘借給我用。雖然酒店沒有提供免費早餐，（酒店的付費早餐是需要去隔壁的酒店吃，種類也蠻多的），但附近也是有其他商店可以吃早餐，前面就有一家24小時營業的廣式點心店，好吃也不貴，可以隨時去吃，給趕早班機的人方便。
另外就是櫃枱上有免費頭繩、針線包、糖果可以自由拿取，旁邊還有茶可以免費喝，算是一個非常貼心的待客服務。
還有一個值得提一提的，就是房間的窗簾是半自動的，衹要按一按在床邊的按鈕就可以實現開關窗簾了，不用人手去開關，真的是好方便。
接下來就淺淺説一下缺點吧。房間浴室的燈太暗了，對長者來説不是很方便。而酒店的大門位置也是很奇怪，在一家酒店的後面停車場，就好像是藏在裏面似的。

去旅行這麼多次，第一次遇到這麼周到的接機服務。
我們一行16人，訂了8間房間，以為人多會麻煩，沒有想到一切安排到妥妥當當順順利利的，也沒有讓我們在機場久等，真開心遇見這麼負責人的酒店客服人員 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
除了有很好的接機服務，酒店住宿房間也很新穎和乾淨。尤其是床墊和每個房間都提供了一人兩個枕頭，睡了很舒服，最重要的是價錢便宜，性價比很高。。。
酒店距離地鐵站差不多1km，在廣州中轉真的很方便。。。
