I love this hotel, located right on the lotus mountain gates, the peace and calmness make it a perfect spot to those who wants a peaceful getaway. Cozy rooms, built on huge and lovely ground. super clean, staff super helpful and friendly staff. Offer vegan menu.

First time staying at the cloud hotel and our living experience is excellent. The front desk greets us at the hotel front door and give us a warm greeting with detail explanation to the hotel facilities, and also giving us some travel guidance such as places to go, places to eat, and places to chill. Our room is about 50 sqm and equips with a quiet city view private balcony. Also, there is a Chinese tea table at the small living room area by the TV. The design to the entire hotel definitely stands out from the crowd. It has not only been built with lot of great Chinese elements such as some wood sculptures, paintings and art works, but also each room has some modern appliances such as the TOTO intelligent toilet seat, Dyson hair dryer, and smart TV. It is a great place for a great escape to the pressure city working life, and it is definitely an excellent place for family and kids. Lovely hotel with good facilities for children. Although it was winter the pool wasn’t open. There was a little motor train that children can go on. There’s a small playground on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s 2 minutes walk from the west gate of Lianhuashan.

Room was spacious and well equipped. However, it was rather noisy: You can hear the noise from the nearby residential area as well as the hotel.

Clean and tidy. Friendly service and a relaxing stay. Would come back.

The hotel is located on the left side of the entrance to Lianhua Mountain, very close but not connected. The garden facilities in the hotel are OK, but there are villages in the city around. Then there is the restaurant, which is also very good, and the service attitude is also very good. The set meal is divided into two types of meat and vegetarian. I personally recommend the vegetarian set meal. There is no catering around, you can order ** takeout. The room is clean and tidy inside. Except for the loud sound of the air conditioner, the rest are quite quiet. There are calligraphy writing tools on the tatami, but the water rice paper is too old and needs to be replaced. There are water and drinks in the refrigerator and on the tea cabinet, as well as capsule coffee, which is provided free of charge. There are also afternoon tea fruits and some snacks in the afternoon. The bathroom has an electric toilet cover, and the hair dryer is also from Dyson. These equipment are very good. The bed is also clean and tidy, and the tatami can also be covered with a mattress, with an extra bed.
