Good location if you need access to airport without having to travel from guangzhou centre. Provide complimentary transport to and from airport.
Very clean and modern rooms. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The location was close to the airport. Free pick-up and Drop-off car for airport. Beautiful room and hotel. Totally recommend.
Only problem was no English breakfast.

Very helpful staff for helping us arrange airport pickup n next day transport to nearby train station - renhe station.the room is clean, but Abit smoking smell inside the room, the reception is allowed to change room thou👍

The hotel staff is incredibly accommodating. Despite my last-minute booking, they were able to accept my request to arrange a pick-up service from the airport. As always, their rooms are exceptionally modern and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at this hotel, and it has become my go-to choice whenever I visit Guangzhou.

😀 Clean and tidy, all smart home technology
🙁 Shuttle service bus not available, location go to town need walk around 1km. The gym room not available to use.

Overall I was hoping that our room booked Executive Suit for 1 night would be better cleaned in the corners, instead there was dust on the projector and the room smelled mouldy.

Only few km from Baiyun airport, provide free shuttle to/from airport/hotel. Check in took quite long time due to strict identification procedure of guests. Room was clean & “smart”. Bedding was comfy.

This place was amazing!!! It’s very clean and the room was beautiful for its price. I will definitely return. They have shuttle services to pick you up and take you to the airport. The receptionists were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend
