房間還不錯，有免費停車的地方，也比較衞生，前台還有不少工具如耳塞、針線包、牙具、皮筋等東西隨便自取。就是靠馬路的房間噪聲比較大，其他都還可以。

訂了一個雙人房，來到酒店後，前台還特別禮貌周到，有專人幫忙停車及引導，前台的小哥也主動幫忙免費升級了房型，從標間升級到了豪華房，還免費贈送了早餐卷，特別值得表揚。 唯一有些不足的是，因為第二天早上要早起送母親去醫院，沒有到早餐開始進餐時間，跟餐廳的一個女服務員溝通早些進餐又完全得不到配合；然後待到開餐時間我用完早餐後擬幫母親打包一份早餐帶到房間 （因餐廳在7樓，電梯衹到6樓，母親病人無法不行上7樓），在跟剛才的女服務員表明情況後多次遭的決絕打包，服務態度服務意識特別差，完全憤怒了還跟她吵了一場，這不應該是今時今日廣州的服務水準，建議酒店加以管理，本來總體特別滿意，因為這個事情完全變味了。
