客服態度很差，前台先給錯密碼入住，前台跟客服不是同一個人，打電話跟客服諮詢，正常跟客服反饋密碼不對，結果被客服直接掛電話，我這邊是兩個人入住，我朋友被掛完電話以後我又打了一次電話，細聲細語的説結果還是被掛電話，正確密碼要不到，衹能重新坐電梯去到前台，電梯很難等，左邊要刷卡才能按樓層，衹能等右邊電梯，前台這邊還算禮貌，反饋了剛剛客服的問題，結果前台也被客服掛了電話，非常無語，太亂七八槽了，而且酒店房間還有蟲子，就在坐的地方，不止一個，必須差評！！！

千萬別住，差的要死，衞生間反臭的，房間也臭，床頭也臭，完全住不了，當天11點進去11:30臭的受不了，退房也不給，沒住，垃圾也丟了，衹接受退1/3的費用，實物是圖片的老舊版，真的很差，別住
