Very Comfortable stay, easy access and walking distance from Guanzhou East railway station. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Although Wifi didn't work, the staff did their best to resolve the issue. Excellent view from the apartment. Po park Mall 2 minutes away.Overall excellent experience will definitely come back here again. Thank you.

Was here for 3 nights, I feel that the bathroom don’t feel clean. Lobby has no aircon, super duper hot. There is something wrong with the dryer/washer. We tried drying but it will auto stopped after 15/30mins. Contacted the counter for help but still no use. The body wash provided smell funky and my body started to feel very itchy. However, counter service replies very fast.

I am sorry that the air conditioner in the lobby was not turned on because the property was under maintenance. The hot weather caused you inconvenience. Regarding the problem of drying and washing machines, the housekeeper has already helped you deal with it due to the mode. I am sorry that the smell of the shower gel did not satisfy you. You can raise your needs during your stay. The housekeeper will immediately provide you with other shampoos and shower gels after knowing it. Thank you very much for your suggestions. Apartment hotel is very accessible, opposite Guangzhou East railway station and the adjacent PoPark Mall (Dong Fang Bao Tai). Entrance to apartment hotel and check in counter is along the side road from the main LinHe East Road. Loft unit on 26th floor was spacious, room facilities were good. However, there was BED BUGS infestation!!! Upon return to home country and consultation with doctor, it was confirmed to be bed bug bites. I booked another loft unit for my parents at 20th floor, and they were also bitten. BEWARE!!!!

Since our hotel does not have rooms on the 20th floor, is it possible that you were killed when you entered the 20th floor? It is not the first time I choose to stay here! Conveniently located and large size. The Staff at the front desk are fabulous and extremely helpful and accomodated everything I asked for at any time with regards to concierge services. The Room itself is well appointed with great value and daily cleaning smas a service apartment. Great view across the city dn ample place to work with good wifi service

Customer service is very good and responsible, upgraded the duplex room experience, but also delayed check-out, duplex has a living room with sofa, window scenery is good floor is very high, service intimate warm heart, check-out will be given a gift.

The lobby is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke. This is indicative of the state of the rooms as well. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and rippled and needs to be replaced. There was wallpaper in the hall peeling off the wall in large pieces. The room is bare, not decorative like the photos. I counted 3 roaches and random dried stains on the walls. I wiped the surfaces with disinfectant and there was no dirty layer. The room was not necessarily dirty, but certainly roach infested. Luckily there’s no smell and I didn’t hear other guests. On the good side, the front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They gave a discount for the poor conditions. If it had not been so late at night and I wasn’t exhausted, I would’ve asked for a full refund.

There was cockroach and mosquito in the room and the room smells like urine. There was air purifier in the room. Toilet door doesn’t work properly. Old furniture, dirty carpet. Overall not recommended at all.

Room is large and has big windows . Two toilets is convenient. I asked for a room with tables and chairs a month beforehand but still they didn’t arrange it. We had cake and pizza there.

It was a short stay I came in drop off my Mother at airport and take the train the following day back to Jiangxi. For starters the location itself is worth all the charges you’re paying and everything else you get is just the bonus. You like right across the East station with several convenience store nearby and there’s everything for everyone starting from bar to a foodie. Kitchen was good small but fit the purpose.
Staff at the front was very helpful and had information on all local spots. I will definitely stay again in this hotel

Location is very convenient, about a 5 mins walk right across the train station. Room itself was a bit dusty & not well maintained, but nevertheless, it’s ok for a one night stay

So close to gz east railway, perfect for an early train. Very nice staff, very helpful (we are foreigners and don’t speak Chinese, and they were so nice). Would stay again!
