The hotel was very considerate and helped to upgrade the room type. The window view of the deluxe lake view room was great. The Thai restaurant on the first floor tasted good. There were two shopping malls around, so it was convenient to eat out. It was suitable for bringing children to stay. The swimming pool was clean and the fitness facilities were complete. The yoga teacher was very good. I extended my stay without hesitation and will come again in the future😊

Regardless of the front desk staff service, doorman service, bedding, environmental sanitation, breakfast quality, room space, and swimming pool facilities, they are all top-notch! Only when using the bathroom, the water leakage problem is more serious. Water will leak into the toilet and outside the bathroom, which makes it uncomfortable to use and may easily cause the risk of falling. In addition, the service attitude of the female front desk staff in the fitness center is also poor.

The hotel was booked on short notice and was pretty good. I checked in at night, the front desk service was very professional, and I was upgraded to a lake view executive room for free. The breakfast noodles were delicious.

Environment: The hotel is near Wangcun subway station and has underground parking (the hotel elevator can only go to the second floor, but there are charging piles on the first floor). Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, but you need to pay attention to the maintenance of room facilities, such as the hangers in the room are painted, and the electronic scales are out of power. The set meal is Gan afternoon tea, which is now a matcha theme. I have been to the hotel many times, and each time I choose the afternoon tea included, from ordinary Western pastries outside, to last year's lychee and mango themes, and this year's strawberry and matcha themes. The desserts are more amazing each time. This time there is also a travel set on the left, so you don't have to eat lunch (o^^o).

The room is decorated in a new modern style, the room is large, and the bedding is OK. The breakfast is quite rich, and there is also Guangzhou-style soup. Welcome fruit plate on the first night The only drawback is that the water pipe leaked, but we immediately arranged to change rooms.
