The only thing I like about this hotel is the LOCATION and the VIEW. If you book executive class apartment still there's is zero cleanliness. Plus you can't use their stove If you book it for a day or so. The half of the electricity sockets were defective - hair dryer defective - cattle was burnt from inside. Overall except the 'Window Wide River View' my experience was quite bad, and If i knew before i would have found a better hotel.

Room was amazing , service staff were so cooperative. I booked a two single bed room but they give me two single bed including one master bed room. Location of room is best it’s very near to canton fair ,near to canton tower and near to metro station. Inside room fridge and washing machine facility were not available .wife ,window , drinking water , hot water , ac were available. I will try to book again once I will come back to Guangzhou china

Not at all recommended doors not intact and flooring is not good it's very old property and no one cares there

Definitely a great place for accommodation! The checkin service was efficient with warm welcome, and the room itself is such a great value of money. With good city views and modern facilities, simple but clean. Would recommend to others and will pick this again in the future:)

The worst hotel I have stayed in for so many years, bar none... Extremely dirty, extremely broken, indescribably bad... In 35 degrees in Guangzhou, I resisted not taking a shower in the hotel at night... The bathroom was not accessible and the water heater was broken... Trust me, everyone, please avoid the bad ones... I couldn't bear to take pictures of the details...

The room is very beautiful and clean. It is close to the exhibition hall, and it takes only a few minutes to walk there. It is also close to Pazhou Metro Station. You can walk here directly after getting off the subway. The staff is also very nice and the service attitude is very good. I will stay in this apartment again next time I come to the exhibition. 🧐🧐🧐🧐

The house was moldy in many places, there was a lot of dust and handprints on the wall behind the bed, the upper hinge of the bathroom glass door was broken, the service was also average, I waited all night to change the bedding but it didn't come

I went to Pazhou to see an exhibition and found a hotel that was very close... Since the price was over 400 during the exhibition, I can understand... But in fact, except for the high floor and good view, the facilities and services simply couldn't keep up... 1. It seems like a random microwave was inserted into it, and the bottom drawer door cannot be closed at all. This may not be a big deal, after all, the target is a budget hotel... But this microwave is basically broken. I packed something back one night and planned to reheat it to eat in the morning, but after reheating it for a few minutes, it was not heated at all... What's even more embarrassing is that after I called the front desk, the front desk asked me to find a nearby FamilyMart convenience store... When I booked the room, I saw that the facilities were available. I could understand if it was broken, but I was asked to find a microwave to deal with it myself. This was more difficult to understand... 2. It is marked that there is a washing machine, and laundry detergent is also placed, but when you open the cabinet door, there is no washing machine? ? ? Could it be that someone who lived there the day before stole the washing machine? ? ? 3. The toilet seat holder was not locked at all. When I opened the lid to go to the toilet, I was surprised to find that the lid was crooked... They are also economical, such as Seven Days, Home Inn, Hanting... etc. I have never encountered a toilet seat that swings from side to side! ! ! 4. The air conditioner does not cool at all... I turn on the air conditioner for one night, even if the temperature is set to the lowest, the corridor is cooler than the room... This is really the worst experience I have ever had in my life... Even in fifth-tier cities, there are about a hundred hotels that are not as bad as this. At least the air conditioners in cheap hotels can cool down (although cheaper ones may have cigarette butts under the bed) !

The view from the 43rd floor is great. I often come to the Pazhou Exhibition. It is very convenient to enter the exhibition hall if I don't live here.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it is very cold. Although there are three people in the room, the water heater is very small and there is no hot water for one person. The room is old and shabby. The hygiene is very poor and the service attitude is not good. Don't step into this trap.
