Response from Property: Hello, distinguished guest! First of all, the executive twin room you booked does not have an outside window. There are data pictures in the backend. However, because you insist that you have an outside window, communication is difficult. We have upgraded you to an elegant double room with an outside window for free. There is no door to the bathroom. When checking in, I was prompted twice in the form of a conversation in advance and once by the translation software. I was also told that I could take you to see the room first and open it after you are satisfied. If you said it was okay, I would only give you a room card here. The air conditioner is central air conditioner. There is no problem in any other room. You may need the panel to adjust the temperature, but you did not communicate with the front desk but only communicated with Ctrip customer service. We are really sorry that our staff could not go to the room to check. Then you checked in at around 11 o'clock at noon that day and checked out at around 9 o'clock the next morning. Ctrip customer service relayed your request for a refund/compensation regarding the door issue. Since you had stayed for a full day, we had no way to agree.
