We were very happy with the service. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and turned around any issues very quickly. The tv wasn’t working and I reported quite late into the evening she however managed to replace it for us that same night! We stayed here again after returning back to GZ. The rooms are what you pay for, very convenient they have a walking machine too! The first room we stayed at could do with a bit of redecorating but the second time (pictured) was very comfortable esp after our stay in HK!

Got a room facing the riverside , nice view though the window glasses are dirty, looks many years not clean. Stay there only for the nite as need to catch a flight at 6 am. i rate a 2 1/2 star for the impression of the hotel room. Near the metro.

Good location, everything is near. Restaurants, supermarket and cafe just a walking distance. Room is spacious.

Overall the apartment is good to stay where we able access to nearby store and malls, just the toilet door very difficult to open.

Because of convenient metro, we decided book again this place, as its easier for us to travel around in city and we had a upgrade to bigger room as we only stay for few hour and head to airport.

Good location as in near to train station, one station away from 北京路。 Mini market and restaurant is around the apartment.
Room is clean with washing machine, just the hearer is not working well. Quite cold at night.

Apartment can be reached within 5 mins from Metro Station. Reception counter on Ground floor are separate from the entrance behind the building. Security is good, with Security guard station at entrance and using access card for Lift to room. Room has all the facilities including washing machine and cooking utilities. Beautiful view from balcony of river and city. Walking distant to Beijing Lu Pedestrians Street. Recommended!

The view out of the room is breath taking. I loved the view and spent most of time there. No issue with bathroom everything works perfectly. Overall a nice stay.

Very nice rooms. Wish they had given us a bit more instructions on how to find the hotel as it's known as Staron Apartments as well and for somebody new to the area it was a bit more difficult to find. Otherwise, everything else was very good.
