Location is far from center but close to the subway and shopping mall. The size of the is really huge. Air Conditioner has quite and drying mode. Almost everything is ok. But breakfast, guys is the worst hotel breakfast that I have had all over the world (I have visited 25 countries). I dont know the real cost of breakfast menu, but guys it seems the same price is making huge omelet (or huge plate of scrambled eggs) with onion/tomato and toast with a piece of butter (you can buy big toaster to provide people make it own toast). Instead of this horrible fat noodles, corn, boiled eggs and potatoes. it will be healthy and more tasty I guess. Сarbohydrates (potatoes, corn, fatty noodles with meat O_O) are not good for breakfast. For breakfast people need to eat protein (eggs) and animal fat (butter) and some vegetables (list of salad and piece of cucumber)

The hotel is next to the Xintang High-speed Railway Station, the eastern transportation hub of Guangzhou. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Xintang Metro Station and the D2 exit of the Xintang Metro Station. The location is very good!
There are many companies in the building where the hotel is located. There are several big signs at the door. The hotel sign is very small. The hotel front desk is in a corner of the lobby on the first floor. I had to walk around the entire building before I found the hotel front desk.
The floor is not high, so the view is of course average. The so-called light luxury city view bathtub king bed room may only have a big bed. The decoration is very simple, not even the level of Atour All Seasons. I don’t know where the light luxury comes from. The corridor of the guest room is like a maze. The city view is a broken construction site outside the window and the Yuexiu Xingyao Xingqi Garden Community in the distance. The bathtub is in the corner of the washroom. When taking a bath, you can’t see out the window at all.
The air-conditioning central air-conditioning is very slow to cool. It has been turned on for a long time, and the room is not very cool.
The newly opened hotel has new facilities and good hygiene.

It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Xintang South Station to the hotel. The front desk service is warm and patient. When checking in, they told us that there are many places to eat in RT-Mart and nearby. If you are too lazy to walk, there is a Hunan restaurant next door. The facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and there are all kinds of toiletries. Towels, bath towels and slippers are sealed and individually packaged. Everything is very meticulous!

Breakfast has been improved, much better than last time. The housekeeping department can't talk about any service. There is basically no service at the front desk, breakfast is OK this time. The hotel is in a good location in Xintang.

The room was clean and tidy. Although it was on the roadside, it was very quiet. My child was taking the college entrance examination at Xintang Middle School. The front desk specially arranged the children taking the college entrance examination on the 6th floor so that they would not be disturbed by other guests. I stayed for 3 consecutive days. Because my child had to take an exam on the afternoon of the last day, they also delayed the check-out. It was so heartwarming. It was also very close to the examination room. It was a straight road and it only took 8 minutes to get there.

The front desk clerk was quite good. I upgraded the room type for free. The room was well lit, there were windows, parking was very convenient, and there was an open-air parking lot on the first floor. Health is OK. OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
