There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

The Location is terrible, nothing much to do close by. The hotel is huge, but extremely old. It has not been renovated in very very very longer and it shows. Its very old. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast is great. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Its the only reason we stayed, otherwise the hotel itself is old and drab. The medicinal jaccuzzis were also also nice, but again, the pool side is far from attractive. For Hilton, this hotel really needs a major renovation for a modern look inside and out.

Booked for my husband! Stay for two nights! All of a sudden the hot water is gone! Come home! I haven't washed well in the shower for the past two days! The bed is so-so! The most satisfying thing is to have a balcony! No one can be seen at the front desk, and the check-out is directly handed over to the security guard to leave!

Super satisfactory hotel. It was my first time to Xintang. The hotel was so beautiful that I thought I was in the wrong place. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Someone picked me up and helped me carry my luggage. Breakfast was also arranged for me. It was warm and thoughtful. The hotel decoration and facilities were very thoughtful. I will definitely come again!

Our favorite hot springs spot so far! Starting from the check-in, it was nice and fast, the staff were very helpful, we could contact them anytime through wechat if there was any questions, they help to call a car if you need also. Breakfast was as well great! A lot of different varieties of food, asian and western cuisine. A lot of different hot springs and swimming pool which can be a bit cold in the winter time. Seafood dinner was just amazing! Not only seafood, but beef, chicken and other different food! There is a tracking path 15 min away from the hotel, if you feel like you need adrenaline you definitely should do that 😄 Location is amazing, can walk around the area, views are amazing!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, within a 10-minute walk. The room is spacious and clean, and the decoration facilities are relatively new. Except for the hair dryer, which is not very easy to use, everything else is good. There is also a restaurant on the second floor. Morning tea is discounted before 10:30 am. The roasted pigeon inside is very good.

The lobby is grand, the rooms are clean, and the supplies are complete, even facial cleanser and hairspray are available. The most fearful thing about traveling is washing clothes, and there is a laundry room here, which solves the problem with one click. The breakfast is rich in variety, with free afternoon tea and supper. I brought two children with me, and they also gave me a breakfast. The key is that the room price is good. The room price of the Quanji Hotel I stayed in two days ago was twice as expensive, and the service facilities were not as good as the Landis Hotel. I lived in the Landis Hotel in the old city of Guangzhou 5 years ago, so my children came home and said they wanted to stay at the Landis Hotel.

Great value for money. The front office doesn't speak a word of English. But we chat translate came to my rescue. Lot of Chinese BBQ place close to the hotel. The metro station is just 5 minutes walk. The shower in my room was broken. But it was fixed immediately. If u do not have a Chinese local number u cannot use the WiFi in the room & the television
