First of all, I have to complain about the service.
The room floor was upgraded for free, but this is not considered good service, because this is already the norm in the hotel industry.
However, the upgraded room floor is still relatively low. I asked if there was a higher floor. After hesitating and checking, they reluctantly said that there was a higher floor, but it would take 40 minutes to clean it up.
I said I could wait, and then they reluctantly helped me book a room. But I could check in immediately after completing the formalities.
Then I don’t understand even more. If I live on a higher floor, am I staying in your house? Since you can upgrade, why are you so reluctant, hiding, and searching, providing services and making customers feel unhappy?
Secondly, it doesn’t feel very clean. There are a lot of dust and marks on the tissue box in the bathroom, which is uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel is quite large and is located on the roadside in the suburbs of the countryside. There are still many facilities, including hot springs, water parks, children’s playgrounds, swimming pools, game rooms, billiards, table tennis, etc., but the facilities are not very large, a little here and a little there.
It is more suitable for bringing younger children to play.

I like the vibes and aesthetics of the place! However, the drainage seems to have some smell, but we didn’t flag it out as we weren’t staying for long.
There are a few interesting cafes nearby but in general, the vibes of the location was more chill and laid back. The breakfast was yummy! Feels like I’m at my friend’s home and the breakfast is prepared with love :)

Recently, I experienced a one-night stay at Shangkeyou Hotel near Wanda Plaza in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, which added a lot of color to my journey.

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
