Hotels near Shanmen, Guangzhou

The room has a very large window, and it feels very bright as soon as you enter the room. Although it is a 1.5m bed, it is fully equipped with bedside tables, desks, luggage tables and even refrigerators. There is free parking downstairs. Although there are only a dozen parking spaces, the cost performance is super high! Just across the street is Xihua Road, which is especially suitable for travel!

I want to add my comments, Trip.com has duty to inform if hotel have elevators facility or not. Because if client have big or heavy baggage, cannot pull heavy baggage on staircase and it’s also more difficult when hotel staff don’t help or don’t have staff to help you, client end up with health hazard. You being informed this hotel don’t have elevator and it was not shown when we booked hotel. I find trip.com at fault. Note and update.

The hotel is about 200 meters from Exit D of Ximenkou Subway Station. It is very convenient to the subway station and bus station. The front desk is very welcoming and the service is very good. It is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete. There is a public washing machine, washing powder and laundry detergent are provided, which is very convenient for hanging clothes. The front desk provides disposable face towels, razors, makeup removal towels, and earplugs. It is very considerate. It is a budget hotel with a high cost performance! You can store your luggage, check in in advance if there is a room, and you don’t need to call us to extend your stay. When they see us going out, they will help us clean up and pick up the garbage. It’s very good!

This is a well-located hotel in the heart of the city, nearby Beijing road walking street and the like. The staff here are efficient and helpful, so this is certainly a hotel that is conducive to trouble-free travel. On the downside, the rooms do not seem to be at a standard of some of the other Lavande hotels I've been to. The USB charging slots in my room didn't work and the electronic curtains were faulty and had haphazardly-taped wires protruding from the side. There is also no breakfast service in the hotel, even though a 'free breakfast' upgrade was noted as one of the 'member benefits' on the site, which is either misleading on the part of the hotel or Trip.com. Luckily, there are lots of good local food options within very close walking distance of the hotel. Overall, despite the misgivings, this is a largely comfortable and welcoming hotel that should help give you a painless stay in Guangzhou.

The location is very good, very close to Guangzhou attractions, the room is very clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, and a small gift was given when leaving the hotel. I will come again next time!

Staff name 小王 小吉 中青秋果酒店 The best experience among hotels we been staying in China . The hotel environment are very nice and comfortable . Facilities are also very complete such as free laundry service . And I would like to special thanks to the hotel staff 小王 和 小吉， they’re so helpful with very nice attitude , in fact I lost my passport and serverals documents needed and advise needed , they provide us very useful help on this , really appreciate on this . Value for price are above 90% , 3star hotel yet you get 5 star services.

The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

Everything is excellent to me. I would like to stay in the hotel again. But could not book in 2025 janauary in trip(unable to book) Please help as planning a revisit to guangzhou soon. The cleaner and front desk are nice and helpful. Stay for 8 nights and the hotel do fill up everyday for drinks in the fridge.

The location is nice, close to the subway station and guangzhou railway station. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The only problem was with the receptionist, he was very unfriendly and it was hard to communicate with him since he only spoke Chinese

I stayed here once a long time ago, and this time I was so lucky that I was upgraded to a new room. It was really different, and it felt like old Shanghai. The breakfast was at the same hotel where I stayed, which I thought was considered for customers, including bread, coffee, salad, and porridge. A hotel where you can choose whole grains and eggs! I also want to give a thumbs up to the front desk for their patient service!
