Clean hotel. Reception service is ok, very kind and able to understand English. Location is not in the downtown. Hard to find food around except for 7-11 on the ground floor. If you plan to stay here, please don't include breakfast. There aren't a lot of food to choose from and the service in the restaurant is not very good. We really have a hard time with the breakfast. But like this place because of the room: new, clean, spacious!

The hotel is located in the Tianhe North Tianrun Road area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Huashi subway station and about 10 minutes to drive to the sports center. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafes around. The supporting facilities are relatively complete, and the cost-effectiveness is relatively high compared to the surrounding hotels. Unlike other hotels, the hotel rooms are equipped with washing machines and refrigerators. For business trips like us, it is definitely much better than staying in convenient hotels. Most hotels only have public laundry rooms. Yunjia Hotel has washing machines and a small refrigerator in each room. The apartment type booked this time is a duplex bed. Xiao Si at the front desk helped upgrade to a larger apartment type. The service attitude is good. Here I would like to praise the butlers Wang and Chen at the front desk. Because I couldn’t check out on time due to the meeting, the two butlers also helped to pack the luggage for free storage. Overall, it is worth recommending!

I have been to Guangzhou several times, this is the best hotel with comprehensive price/performance ratio! First of all, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, downstairs is Wanda Plaza, there is everything to eat, drink and play, and the subway station is three minutes walk. The hotel has its own access control system, very safe, and restaurants, which are not available in many apartments. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, air-conditioned refrigerators, color TV washing machines, and smart toilets! The beds are also comfortable or latex pillows. Hotel service is also very good! Really a treasure hotel! Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will stay here!

Nice hotel! They also gave us a nice surprise with the swan towels on the bed when we told them we were celebrating our anniversary. The only feedback is that the lobby lounge area needs some CLEAN freshener smell….I passed the lounge area to go to the “winter” mall and it kept smelling like dirty socks….I think it’s the carpet
