Great location for an overnight before or after flights. Excellent breakfast and modern facilities.
Pickup option from airport is there, but very little information exists on where to get the shuttle at the airport and how to contact them or arrange the pickup when you have just data available on your phone and can't make a phone call to the hotel. We spent nearly an hour trying to work out where to get the shuttle and gave up. Had to pay for an uber in the end, and there was a long wait for one.
Room is much smaller than it looks like in the picture - which is fine for an overnight, but literally no room to open your luggage easily without doing it on the bed.

The shuttle service was very convenient but we couldn't identify the vehicle in the evening.
The site mentioned the free airport shuttle but we had to pay for the trip back.
Arriving at the hotel the check-in took forever.
The breakfast is excellent but overall it is too expensive for what we received. We could have stayed at another hotel in the same vicinity for R$100 more which has larger rooms. The rooms are very small if you have more than one bag it is a problem. There is no plug in the bathroom basin and the water draining is very slow. Only one pillow is provided.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was good however service let it down. The night I checked in, I was made to pay again at the counter even though I had already booked and paid on trip. This meant it had to be resolved and I was not satisfied with the compensation I received being free shuttle service to the airport as this was the fault of IBIS and I believe I should have been offered more.

Cleanliness: Acceptable, no odors.
