I know exactly what to expect with Ibis in Brazil. So my reviews of Ibis take that into account This Guaxupe one was busy and disorganised in check in. It took forever. We were a group of 8 but the check in took ages Hidden in the small print of check in was no room cleaning (once every three days) which we specifically asked for daily and got nothing The hotel is in a decent location and you get what you get there and this Guaxupe Ibis barely qualified for 3 stars

Hotel novinho em folha, com o melhor café da manhã. Tudo muito limpo, garagem coberta, e quartos muito funcionais. Banheiro com acabamento de ótimq qualidade, box de vidro fechado, tudo novo, e ar condicionado super moderno, silencioso e bem posicionado para não ventar diretamente em cima da cama. E opção de quartos com acessibilidade para idosos e deficientes. Muito bom! Estamos vindo pela segunda vez, com um total de 11 pernoites aqui. Qualidade bem consistente.

Excelente. Hotel novo, moderno, totalmente acessivel, colaboradores super atenciosos. Estacionamento fechado, seguro, coberto e ainda gratuito. Café da manhã perfeito. Excente! Recomendo e pretendemos voltar em breve, pois Guaxupé é excelente. Recomendamos também para viajantes.

Fiquei surpreso positivamentr com o nível do hotel, afinal vinha de outras 2 semanas me hospedando no Ibis, sendo um em Manhuaçu (que é terrível) e em Teófilo Otoni (que é o Front Comfort, mediano), e o de Guaxupé é muito bom, hotel novinho, quarto confortável, bem decorado e bom mobiliário. Bem localizado, cama confortável, isolamento acústico muito bom, ótima ducha, excelente wifi, estacionamento amplo e café da manhã gostoso. De longe, é o melhor Ibis que me hospedei nos últimos tempos.

Estive em Guaxupé e região e me hospedei no Ibis Guaxupé, por 3 dias. Fiquei surpreso com o nível do hotel! Novo e bem localizado, no centro, da cidade. Destaque para os ambientes da recepção moderna e descolada. Café da manhã muito bom e o café direto da fazenda do proprietário. Atendimento e receptividade da equipe sensacional!

Esse hotel tem café da manhã excelente mas deixa a desejar nos quartos. Os Lençóis são pequenos e não cobrem duas pessoas, parece que colocam lençol de solteito em cama de casal. Também não deixam toalhas de rosto apenas uma de banho. Se melhorassem esses detalhes, eu daria nota 5
