I stayed here for one day before going to Cuenca and it was much better than expected. The most modern hotel I stayed in during my trip to South America. In March 2023 the hotel is undergoing renovations. The third floor smells very damp when you get out of the elevators. The wet area is uninhabited although the newly maintained pool was well maintained
