There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Stayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

Good location on the edge of the old town and close to the main attractions. Reasonably priced for the area. Comfortable bed. Extremely small room. Barely enough room to step around the bed or put the suitcase on the floor. Towels provided. Shower half broken but essentially functional. WiFi good. Not the cleanest, but not filthy as some reviews suggest. Harsh lighting, like an interrogation cell. Helpful host. If you bring a car there is no parking. The Cano Y Cueto car park is 7 mins walk away, but is an eye watering 25 euros a day. Free parking is not a thing in Seville. If you can find a place that is more expensive but has free parking you would be better off there.

I stayed 1 week in this establishment. It's a small hostel: that means they don't offer any services other than a room. I never saw anyone at reception the entire stay. My check-in was explained to me by WhatsApp upon my arrival, if I had had any problem it would have been difficult for anyone to help me. Clean room with cleaning done every day, comfortable bed with bathroom and towel, shower products, it is very well located: allows you to reach all points of interest on foot within a radius of 20 minutes maximum. So big strong point! It's a budget type hotel, so don't expect good insulation (you can hear everything but the hotel is quiet). If I were to return to Seville, I would be likely to return to this establishment

The hotel is very close to Seville train station. If you are skilled, you can walk there in 5 minutes. It is also 15 minutes walk from the city center. It is very convenient. The hotel is very clean. Check-in strictly follows the check-in time. You can store your luggage in advance. The wifi is very good Convenient ~ There are many supermarkets nearby, and there is a big one just walking to the train station with a rich variety ~

I booked this hotel based on its location to both the bus station and the town centre. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was really good. It was very clean, had a large bathroom and opened up onto a central courtyard. There was a nice roof terrace. There is no catering options but it is only a short walk to many cafes, bars etc. Luggage storage is available. A great budget choice for Seville in a great location.

A restaurant with rooms is the best description. The rooms are small-well number 12 was- very clean but with an toilet with a glass door and an open shower which might be disconcerting to some. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful-especially after leaving an iPad which they posted on to us. It’s a good 15+ walk to the city centre but the walk was really interesting looking at the tightly packed buildings. We didn’t mind the walk but with all activities we were doing an average of 18k steps a day. We did a couple of guided tours one a tapas one so we didn’t eat in the restaurant which Is Michelin recognised so cannot comment but it gets very good reviews. If you want a clean,safe place to stay and don’t mind the walk -it’s perfect for a stay in Seville.

This is a budget hotel and doesn't pretend otherwise. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beware there are no lifts, only stairs. The staff are really nice people. The hotel is in an excellent location. 25 minute walk to Santa Justa railway station. The metro station is right by the hotel, to take you into the centre. Seville's football ground is right by the hotel. The Gran Plaza area is lively, and a good place for the evening out. Only locals and no tourists. This is the second time i have stayed here, and would definitely stay there again.
