Scelto, tra i tanti, per la presenza della piscina. Al momento della prenotazione, confermavano la disponibilità della piscina. Come richiesto dal personale, si effettuava pagamento anticipato della somma richiesta, per intero, per le due notti. All'arrivo (check in ore 13), veniva comunicato che la piscina era chiusa a causa di valori non conformi (per quanto riferito, valori di cloro alti). La camera assegnata (218) godeva di una meravigliosa vista su una autorimessa/demolizioni auto. Il bagno, evidentemente datato, mostrava i segni dell'usura e della mancanza di pulizia (griglia areazione piena di polvere, box doccia rotto, rivestimento doccia sporco, come da foto che si allegano). A causa del materasso, sicuramente datato e poco adatto alla funzione propria, il giorno successivo il personale disponeva il cambio camera. Con la 217, per quanto inizialmente riferito, sottoposta a ristrutturazione. Di ristrutturato, tuttavia, vi era solo il bagno. Tra l'altro, con le ante del box doccia che non chiudevano bene tanto che durante la doccia l'acqua arrivava al pavimento. Trattandosi di camera matrimoniale, si immaginava la presenza di materasso matrimoniale. Purtroppo si immaginava e basta. Si era costretti a constatare che il letto matrimoniale era composto da due reti singole e due materassi singoli, trasformati in matrimoniale con un topper. Ovviamente, la funzione ”matrimoniale” era impossibile..... Per ”mera curiosità”, si provvedeva a visionare il materasso..... Definirlo datato è poco rispondente alla realtà dei fatti .... Definirlo sporco? Si rimanda al lettore la visione delle foto. Ogni altro commento è superfluo ... P.S. anche per il giorno successivo, biglietto di ”Pool closed” per valori non conformi....

It was fantastic. We will surely book room again. The reception and all other staff was very friendly. It was quite peaceful at night.

The hotel is very close to the subway and it is a few steps away. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean, cleaned every day, and the hot water is very big. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the lobby had a microwave and there were two large supermarkets at the door. Quiet at night, except for the last day, the guests next door at night were a bit noisy. I should stay here again next time.

Great modern room and terrace in a beautiful old building. Very spacious and spotless room and bathroom, plenty of closet space and shelving (even in the bathroom!) to unpack. Perfect firm mattress and pillows, serious blackout curtains, and very well sound-proofed. A very short walk to the historic city center and Villa d'Este, a 10 minute drive to Villa Adriana. Delightful breakfast of fruits, fresh pastry, yogurt, insanely tasty fruit juice, and optional eggs. Friendly, easy-going host.

I went on a rugby weekend to see the six.nations competition Italy v Ireland. The staff made me welcome upon my arrival and advised me on certain security issues when visiting the top landmarks in Rome to make my experience less intimidating which i appreciated enormously since was on this occasion travelling alone. I even requested and took on the recommendation of the staff member for a good local hair stylist. he he There are plenty of good bakeries and small bars and restaurants in the neighborhood making this an ideal location in comfortable surroundings. Tip outside the hotel a short minute walk, is a direct bus line to the Vatican. Allin.all great and knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Room was good and a speedy elevator my floor. breakfast was sufficient with plenty of fruit and choice, Do get the Roma 72 pass i used the public transport quite often.

We arrived late at night needing two rooms for four people as our plane was so late landing it was not safe to drive the three hours to our destination. Mihail was on the desk and was the most helpful and attentive and dealing with the additional needs of the guests. We had not prebooked we just found it on google maps and chanced it as it was so late. I am glad we did, i would certainly stay again

The b&b is located on the second floor, without a lift, of a small building not far from the historic center of the enchanting village of montelibretti. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the very kind and elegant owner, and my room, number 3, had a faulty lock, making it difficult (for the owner and for her husband who rushed to help) and impossible (for me) to close from the outside the door. Now I don't leave jewels or gold bars in the room, but the lock has to work. Owner and husband have made it clear that they have known about the problem for months, so not solving it constitutes a shortcoming. The room is very clean and very large, with large wardrobes. We stayed in this hotel after being at the De Gregori concert- Sales at the Olympic ...i boys at the reception all very gentle ...the room is quite large but not very large.. the bathroom is so ...a little date.. Although restoration works were done ...the park OK ...the breakfast is not bad ...even if I noticed(I don't know if it was a case)...the lady that prepared the cappuccini coffee etc ... had to bring breakfasts to the room.. and sincerely not because of his fault left the customers in room ...ma repeat is not a critic but a suggestion.. price in the standard ...the very good location near the highway ...
