The parking lot is super big, really good, the room is a bit small. A family of four has two queen beds Watching TV in a house together, boiling water and drinking. The room provides two bottles of 300ml bottles of water, I asked for one phone call and gave three bottles. Because it was four people, I called for water for the second time, There said that I had already given four bottles. I said three bottles. She began to say that you two rooms. Came to Guilin and stayed here for one night. This is the first time I entered a Vienna Hotel. The hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very clean. Excellent service from all the staffs. Clean room . Super comfortable bed where 2 kinds of pillows are provided a firm and a soft one . Smart AI ‘Xiao Du’ will assist to open curtain, switch on lights and TV and play music as requested, we have fun talking to her. Toilet with bidet is remote controlled and ends with water vacuum flush. Walking distance to Xiangbi Mountain about 600m away and 1km to Zhengyang pedestrian walk. Will definitely stay here again when back in Guilin

Has been one of the best hotels in China for me so far. Very clean and modern rooms, friendly stuff that helped me with figuring out how to get to Longji. Amazing manager that did help me with annoying texi driver and also helped carry some things, overall nothing but a great experience. Also, if you book hotel without breakfast(like i did) go there 1 time anyways, view from the restaurant is beautiful and having morning coffee while looking at the mountains definitely made my day better 😄

The room is clean and tidy, the view is very good, it is the kind of quiet type, and it is close to the city center, which is very convenient; the service is thoughtful and excellent, everyone is very enthusiastic, and I will definitely give it a super praise!!!

Didn’t expect this trip would become one of the best trips I’ve been on in China. Came without much expectation, but this resort is like a nice small community where people from all over the world meet in the common area or lunch time. We even had Christmas dinner prepared by their chef who can cook both western and Chinese food. The owner John is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met. Anyone would be lucky to meet him as he can talk to you about a lot of things such as news, global matters and sports. The receptionists and the owner are fluent in Chinese and English. This resort is especially popular with Hong Kongers and westerners as it’s quiet, chill and facing the lake. Only 10 min taxi ride can get you to the city center. Here the average taxi ride is only US$2. The food there was superb surprisingly but it doesn’t even cost much. For US$10 per person, you could get one big fish or 2-3 dishes. The room has heater and AC. The hot shower is nice too. In the lobby, they even showcase some old and contemporary Chinese art pieces. The patio outside is my fapvorte as you can just enjoy your coffee or tea overlooking the lake under the sun. If you are active like me, there’s a running track and a hike right around the corner. So bring your active gear! I can’t recommend this place enough.
